Great service, price and a sweet ride!
Pros: The price was very reasonable and the car was in great shape. Costumer service was great although there was a bit of a wait on the pick up.
Cons: They didn’t have a counter at the airport so I had to figure out how to call them to get picked up. On the way back they did have a counter so the problem was solved.

Unreliable
Pros: Nothingh
Cons: My flight was delayed and the agents canceled my car rental reservation after 2 hours. They did not after options and were not at all helpful. Worse car rental company in florianopolis.

Cons: Me cobraron 200 reales mas de lo acordado... El servicio es bueno pero cobran lo que quieren y no lo que se acordó cuando realize la reserva

Didn't even rent the car
Cons: I forgot my passport, but was told I could provide a copy. I did, but it was not accepted. The agent insisted on speaking English to me even though I only spoke to him in Portuguese.

Easy and clean (and cheap)
Pros: The car was clean and new (only 400km)
Cons: The office isn't on the airport, we had to walk to the office which is close (5 minutes) to the airport parking. The rental process was very slow.

Long process insurance not recognized
Cons: I purchased insurance through kayak and upon arriving in Florianopolis was informed they didn't know the insurance company and therefore had to block almost $3000 on my credit card. The rental process also took almost 45 minutes.. After traveling for over 24 hours it wasn't a pleasant surprise. Car was ok .

Reserved car not available
Cons: Budget did not have our reserved car available (an SUV suitable for 5 people with luggage). There were no other cars available at that category or higher, only an economy car (a Ford Kaa). Our only alternative was to go to another rental agency and book at a much higher rate. Also, Budget has no counter at the airport and no shuttle circulating at the airport. After waiting 30 minutes, we left the terminal and walked to the agency several blocks away.

Pros: They give me a car not clean from the outside and from the inside The rental car they give me it have to many scratches all over the car and some chips Piant on the back and front of the car
Cons: When I return the car the guy told me there is a chip in the front clas I told him we never went over the widow and the car was not clean

Long check in.... I recommend to ask for gps while
Pros: They were welcoming and answered all our questions and gave us lots of information how to get to places (because they didnt have GPS or Map to give us....). Car was ok.
Cons: The check in took an hour and a half!!! Much to long!!! I guess it was bussy season because they didnt have a map to give us, neither GPS. So it took us a while to find our destinations, although they really tried helping....
