The stay was absolutely horrible. Starting with noise level, my goodness how could a person sleep with all the traffic, People up at all hours yelling and running past your room all night. Then there was the problem of the adjoining rooms.. the door between them which someone kept trying to open, which in turn absolutely petrified my 7yo Granddaughter to the point of hysterical crying. Place is in need of a desperate remodel and upgrade, pool was not maintained. Night staff was not attentive to needs. Floor of room was dirty. Room finishings were falloff walls. Day shift was very nice and tried hard to make everything work. Ow era needs to invest lots of money fixing it up.
