Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful and scenic location, highlighting views of Loch Ness and proximity to Fort Augustus. The staff received high marks for friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism, often going above and beyond to assist guests. Breakfast was frequently described as tasty, varied, and satisfying, with both buffet and cooked options appreciated. While some rooms were noted as spacious and comfortable, opinions on cleanliness were mixed, with several guests finding issues with worn carpets, dated decor, and occasional unpleasant smells. Despite some drawbacks, the overall atmosphere and positive service stood out in many reviews.
