Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. The overall experience was EXCELLENT.Cons:
The only thing that I would say is NOT ACCEPTABLE, the original reservation was ordered to pickup at 6pm and drop-off at 6pm. The location was closed upon drop-off and I incurred fees. They were very nice and accommodated me by waving the insurance and only charging for half a day, HOWEVER, it was not my fault the location was closed to drop off the car. When ordering the car I should not been given the option to pick it up or drop it off the same time the location closes. I should not have paid for anything.8.0 Very good
