Friendly staff. Perfect location, although not many eateries in the vicinity, free welcome cocktail.
Nothing. All good
The hotel was great and our room was very nice, however, when we checked out our entire experience was ruined. After checking out we retrieved our car from valet (which was mandatory, self park was not an option). We drove 5 minutes away to a breakfast spot recommended by the hotel's staff and that's when we realized the custom rim on our truck was all scraped up. There was yellow paint all over the rim and tire that matched the yellow paint on the parking curbs in the valet lot. We went back to the hotel to show them the damage, they did a report, and weeks later responded saying they weren't responsible, there was no proof their valet driver was at fault. I'm very disappointed in the handling of the entire situation and I would not recommend staying at any more Westin properties in the future.
The property is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food in the restaurant was delicious and portions were very generous. having a walkway across to the beach with elevators was a big plus. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.
I was rather displeased that for a short-term hotel rental of two nights I was charged $39 per night as a resort fee. They will not let you out of the resort fee and I am not here staying for a week as a resort member but was here on a business trip. They also closed down some of the restaurant areas due to the weather when they could have kept the indoor areas open. The pool closed at dusk which made absolutely no sense because I was paying a $39 resort fee to use the swimming pool.
Great location- rooms comfortable
Daily Room service extremely slow / confusing front desk employees
