Cons (-) Internet didn't work at all due to 250 international students employed at Carowinds all staying at this hotel and calling family on Skype. That would be understandable, but the staff was rude about internet issues and offered no help or compensation. They should have informed us up front that features advertised online would not be working. The "balcony" is a 6 inch wide concrete ledge overlooking...

Pros (+) The lobby and the staff (front desk) were the only to things that were nice.
Cons (-) The rooms look like they have seen some bad stuff go down... the bathroom was falling apart the lock on the balcony door was being held in by two screws that were barely screwed in. The last night I was there I locked the door and was awakened by a sound, I went to use the restroom and noticed that the door was no longer locked... needless to say, it was difficult to get back to sleep after that
