Pros:The reception was wonderful: our room was comfortable; and everything was really lovely. We spent the night before our flight there and they were welcoming and the shuttle was easy and accessible. We will definitely stay there again!

Pros:THE BAR &GRILL WAS OK. THE DISTANCE FROM THE AIRPORT. THE APPEARANCE OF THE FACILITY.
Cons:I WAITED ALMOST 2 HRS AFTER MY FLIGHT LANDED TO BE PICKED UP MY SHUTTLE SERVICE. WHEN I CALLED FACILITY A STAFF MEMBER GAVE ME A VERY VERY HARD WAY TO GO JUST TO GET PICKED UP.SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE. HER ATTITUDE SUCKS AND TO TOP IT OFF SHE WAS BEING VERY SARCASTIC. IF I HADNT ALREADY MADE RESERVATIONS I WOULD HAVE NEVER STAYED HERE BECAUSE OF HER NASTY ATTITUDE. SHE GIVES THE HOTEL A BAD IMAGE.
