Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews overwhelmingly highlight severe cleanliness problems, including dirty rooms, bad odors, presence of bugs and roaches, and unsanitary conditions. Safety is a major concern, with multiple mentions of unsecured premises, suspicious activity, and a general feeling of being unsafe. Many guests also complain about poor amenities, such as lack of TV, towels, and working showers, as well as broken or missing furniture. Service is frequently described as unhelpful or inattentive, and several guests feel the hotel does not offer good value for the price paid. Positive comments are extremely rare, with only occasional mentions of friendly staff or convenient location.
