The hotels decor and rooms were dated, small and in need of renovation. The balcony door didn't lock. The a la carte Resto menu was so limited... Rated 4 star but more like three... maximum

The rooms are nice and breakfast is good.
The experience is unworthy of the price and of a 4-star hotel. First off the shuttle service is a hoax. The hotel has a free shuttle the same way I have geothermal power under my house if I but dig deep enough. Consequently, I was left stranded at the airport. The cleaning staff also rather rudely entered my room in the morning without even knocking, which was rather awkward as I was about to shower. And then there's the staff which try their best, but appear to be undermanned for the many guests. Lastly, the minibar does not contain a pricelist (probably because it's atrocious), and they even charge for water bottles.
