10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was just perfect! Such a calm place with amazing terrace, hospitable staff, delicious breakfast and super clean everything☺️ The way to the hostel was a bit scary, because we came at the dark time and the town was so silent and lifeless, but when we arrived, we understood that it is the main thing about this place! Really the best hostel in my life!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic view from the room and the property, the staff is very very friendly and welcoming always trying to assist and offer help all the time and its very clean property i’ve stayed 3 nights and it was amazing for me.
Cons: The only thing is the stairs so please bear in mind don’t walk or climb the stairs with your luggage from the station there’s a bus which will drive you there very easily since the bus station is very close to the property.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: View from the terrace is amazing! Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Everything was good.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: nice view outside. good location. nice village. price
Cons: need more attention to clients. breakfast..

Pros: A very beautiful place. The hostel is in a peaceful setting in front of the sea. Wonderful walks in several directions and the coziest hamlet right beside. We will definetly return!

Hotel Augusta - Framura - Building

8.6 Excellent (619 reviews)
C$ 78+
8.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a great place to stay. It's only a couple of train stops from Chique Terre, I stayed here and walked Cinque Terre, only spending one night in the park. I found staying a Framura a much better option, much quieter. In fact nearly nobody there when I was there toward the end of October. It's not that quiet in summer, but still more chilled than Cinque Terre. I had a single room and they are all on the back but if you took a double room the view would be amazing, the same that you get from the dining and breakfast room. It was super quiet when I was there but I doubt it's like that in summer. That said, it will be much quieter than Cinque Terre
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like. Given the room looked to the back it wasn't really a place to hang out but that was fine.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and view
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Super view from the balcony. Food was tasty
Cons: It was difficult to find. The room was a bit cramped. Parking on the hill was tricky, had to reverse down the slope as nowhere to turn round.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and peaceful
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good food. Fantastic views and affordable
Cons: Nothing of note
6.3 Good
Pros: The views from the hotel were fabulous. The area is very beautiful and well served by a decent rail service to the cinqe terre. Staff were friendly and helpful
Cons: The location was less accessible than anticipated, The route to the hotel from the rail station was up a large set of stairs followed by a series of steep hills followed by more steps up to the hotel. This was OK for us as we became more used to the inclines, and as we became more fit as our week stay progressed! The location would be a real problem for less able or elderly clients as the bus service from the station is very very limited and there did not appear to be a lot of taxis in this quiet but very beautiful area.

7.9 Good
Pros: Absolutely loved the views around the resort! Beautiful greenery and flowers. Private little bungalow style apartments perfect for a weekend getaway. Breakfast was delicious, and filling. The restaurant on the resort property was really good!
Cons: There are a few downsides to the resort, but was no real problem. For starters, I had contacted the resort before our stay to ask about ac and requested to have a fan (after reading some other reviews) and was told they have no ac and ensured a fan was not needed due to the ocean breeze we would have. Our room was so hot!!! We never had any breeze coming off the ocean and air did not circulate well. The only time we had some sort of breeze was when we were leaving and it was storming. Another thing are the roads/trails. They are steep! The trail down to the walking path that leads to the surrounding town had super steep stairs and some of the wooden stairs were loose. It was manageable, but wow maybe a warning would have been nice!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was beautiful and the restaurant on the property couldn't have been better! The waighter was very friendly and every staff member we met was helpful.
Cons: The room could use a bit of updating. We also arrived outside of their designate check in time (we read the rules so I knew to go to the office and pick up a map and the key would be in the door of the room)... which wasn't that late but needless to say there was no one to greet us or direct us to our room. We wondered around for a bit till a lady noticed and directed us on how to get in our room.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Property is desperately in need of updating. Problems w/ heat.
7.1 Good
Pros: Epic Location overseeing the sea. Close to Cinque Terre, great swimming pool.
Cons: Dated apartments, uncomfortable beds, very poor WiFi not capable of streaming anything.
6.3 Good
Pros: The scenery and setting was amazing. The towns of Bonassola and Levanto are friendly and beautiful
Cons: No fans in the house meant nights were unbearably hot and we all had sleeping issues. The houses are not well equipped with very poor fridge space, very limited cooking appliances, and very cramped
5.0 Okay
Pros: The village is situated on the coast, in a real pine forest. The sea view is breathtaking. Excellent food & wine at the restaurant.
Cons: The village is 4 km far from Levanto on the up&down coast road-you can't walk on it. There's no bus, you have to take a taxi that costs 20 euro, to get to the train station. The sanitary's were from the '70, not suitable for a 4star residence.
7.0 Good
Pros: perfect location, great nature
5.3 Okay
Pros: Stunning views and relaxed atmosphere within a short drive to the Levanto train station (Cinque Terre). Villas show their age but who cares in such a beautiful location. We (2 couples) booked for 2 nights but stayed for 3 and would have liked to stay longer.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The view from the balcony is fantastic especially at sunset
Cons: some of the should be available recreational facilities are either closed or not functioning properly during the period. rooms are too small. TV screen is a 14 inch and is very uncomfortable to watch. Towels are not approriately sized.no beach towels are available. room cleaning is not available. Access to the hotel is very difficult( narrow roads). It is too dangerous to walk to any of the nearby towns due to the lack of walking trails which compels you to use the car and face the associated severe parking shoratages in all those towns.
4.0 Okay
Pros: calm, very good view and refreshing air
Cons: insufficient equipment and old furniture.
6.0 Good
Pros: Gorgeous view of the mediterrian. Staff was very responsive when we had a problem with the hot water and all was fixed.
Cons:
4.8 Okay
Pros: The view.
Cons: The lack of promised internet access, heat only available during certain hours, no hand soap supplied, un comfortable sofa.
3.6 Mediocre
Pros: The location and views are great.
Cons: The property is old and in no way 4 star unless you are using a 10 star system!
4.0 Okay
Pros: The property is pretty and close to the sea. The price was ok compared to other hotels in the Cinque Terre.
Cons: The staff at the office were not pleasant at all! (contrary to our other experiences in Italy). They did not have ANY information about the weather, or boat/ferry services in/around the Cinque Terre!
6.4 Good
Pros: The view of the water was fabulous. The accomodations were very good and the resort ammenities were good too.
Cons: The distance to the nearest town was 20 min. by foot over a rough trail. The lack of public transportation (bus or train) made us rely upon taxis and La Francesca staff to get to/from town.

Pros: The staff was super helpful and the facilities were great. The bed was very comfortable. Super clean room, big size, and their shuttle service works very well. Will stay here again.
Cons: My room had a floor to ceiling window (door actually) but it was covered by a curtain and it opened into a courtyard. If possible, try to get a room with a window that looks outside

Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is really lovely and all staff very helpful. It was very comfortable and we loved the pool area. The shuttle service was excellent. Breakfast was superb. We do hope to return.
Cons: The menu could have been changed more as we were there for 6 nights.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was amazing. There were shortcuts to the train station and down into the town. The town was super cute and lovely to walk around in even with the nearby Cinque Terra towns.
Cons: It would have been slightly more enjoyable if the outdoor pool had been heated.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. We were blown away by how they bent over backwards to accommodate us, especially with the shuttle rides. Good alternative to staying in cinque terre...just a 6 minute train ride to Monterossa.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: A fabulous hotel with very helpful staff. The rooms are large and very comfortable, with all the extra little touches that makes your stay so enjoyable. The restaurant and bar area provide good food and selection of drinks. They also have a lovely wellness centre and pool area,a great spot to retire to after exploring the Cinque Terre. The hotel has a FOC shuttle service if you don’t want to walk to the town.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel exceeded our expectations! Except for the spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean room and bathroom, the service was superb and the always friendly staff extremely helpful. With check-in we were informed about everything - from information about Levanto and Cinque Terre to transportation and restaurants. Although Levanto is situated outside Cinque Terre it is extremely easy to reach by train or by boat; and, the hotel shuttle does the drop-off and pick-up at the train station and port on arrangement. The hotel restaurant serves dinner which is quite good, but if you prefer to go to town for dinner the shuttle service is available until 11:00 at night. Breakfast was good with a wide variety to choose from and we were always served with a broad smile! Our car was parked on the premises free of charge which deserves a big plus. We cannot recommend this hotel enough; we had a perfect 4-night stay there.

7.1 Good
Pros: The town it self was the plus point for the place and we booked for a room and there gave us an apartment which was little bit fare and in a residential area.
Cons: As for the check in we were there on address of the place which we booked but nobody was there and wait for half hour till some one come to pick us and we took us all over the town with our luggage because there were not sure where was our place and along with us there were another to traveler who had this inconvenience. It took us more then 1 hour till me reached our destination. Thank fully the apartment was very nice.
7.5 Good
Pros: Staff friendly
Cons: Extremely noisy toilet and plumbing system.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Great location. Staff was pleasant. Good breakfast.
Cons: Large amount of black mould growing in the bathroom and bedrooms. Wifi not working, when i asked about it the staff was aware and nothing was done to fix it. As an out of country traveller we rely on wifi to book train tickets and keep in contact with loved ones. I wouldn’t have booked a location with no wifi. Was sent a message the day of asking for arrival details, we had to take a phone off airplane mode and use data to call someone to be let into the building. People who lived in the building were annoyed with us waiting outside the doors.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Levanto is a nice city located in a wonderful area. Great starting point for hikes and other outdoorsy stuff.
Cons: I have booked a quite Bed and Breakfast since I like the familiar atmosphere and the possibility to chat with other guests and staff. I was very disappointed that I had to stay 3 nights in a noisy apartment instead with no service at all. I got a voucher for a small breakfast in a bar a few blocks away. There was no wifi as promised. There was mould in the sleeping room and on wood pieces in the kitchen.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Balcony
Cons: The registration is in other place than hostel. So when we got to registration and then were lead from there to our room we were accommodated to a room with double bed while we ordered a family room. As we asked to change a room to one we ordered we were suggested to change a room, BUT which was in other place with other address :)) As it was evening and we were already exhausted we didn't go anywhere and stayed in double room. As I later messaged to compensate the price difference of double room and family room I did't get any response from them. So be aware of two things: a) you can get not what you ordered; b) administrators might ignore your requests.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: It's a apartment witch tents out its rooms, horrible access , parking extra 10€, in a tiny cave,

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly, helpful staff. Room was lovely and clean. Breakfast was very tasty and lots of choice.
Cons: Breakfast room a bit cramped if many guests came down together.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very kind and gracious host. Location was great as it was easy to get in and around central Levanto from there. Wonderful older, well kept and maintained home.
Cons: The room we booked was small and tight to get around in, and the host were willing to move us one of the nights we were there but would still have to move back into the same room due to previous booking. I would not let this stop me from staying here again though.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful breakfast, fresh and with everything you need, including the best cappuccino. Federico is a wonderful host, ready to help with every issue, the Villa is exquisite, a special atmosphere unlike a regular hotel. Reading in the gardens with the best view is unique. We will certainly come back!
Cons: The fact that we had to leave...
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfasts were amazing - wonderful range of delicious food
Cons: Our room was quite dark
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location (5 min. walk to the train station, 10 min. walk to the beach/promenade, near many restaurants,), indoor secure parking on premises, staff, breakfast were all highlights.
Cons: The building is old & somewhat dated. The bed squeaks. One outlet by the bed did not work.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location was great. Breakfast was good and the appartment was very clean. Overall we had a good experience there!
Cons: Single bed mattress was not good. There was no bottle of water in the appartment.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel within good walking distance to both the station and the sea. Parking was private but very very tight, cars were so close it was nearly necessary to get into ours by the boot when we left! Would still recommend the hotel though we had a good 2 night stay and used the train to visit the Cinque Terre-a MUST!
Cons: Car park
7.5 Good
Pros: Near to the beach & the rooms are big & complete kitchen utensils.
Cons: No air conditioning..WiFi very low signals.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff is very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay a very pleasant one. The place is extremely clean and very inviting. The front porch is a place one could spend hours. Hotel Dora is a great location to the train station and boat dock as well as restaurants! GREAT HOTEL ! Super Hostess!
Cons: N/A
7.9 Good
Pros: It was easy to get to other places using the train
Cons: Bed was little hard
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice little hotel We had a room with a very large terrace perfect !!
7.5 Good
Pros: Localization is great, very close to the train station. Parking is useful, but available only for limited period. Room is comfortable, bathroom is amazing.
Cons: Hotel's staff really not welcoming, however enough to have a comfortable stay.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The place is perfect. Right in the middle of the town center. Near the sea. The apartment was very clean.
Cons: It lacked AC. Also because of the location there was really loud at night so be aware of that if you’re with kids. And the last imperfection was that the beds were quite uncomfortable.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location was 15 min from train station and 10 min from the beach.
Cons: We had a quadruple room, as a family of four. But the bunk beds were not comfortable, as the upper one had no rail support, and my daughter was afraid that she might fall down. The lower bed had a very small head space, so neither the daughter sleeping there wasn’t happy. Air conditioning started to leak water during the night over us, it must be replaced or repaired. Bathroom was very small.
6.3 Good
Pros: Appartment is near the beach and restaurants and a 10 minutes from the railway station. Although visitors of apartments cannot park at the hotel the hotel offers a parking pass that allows parking near the hotel a small 5 minutes from the appartment.
Cons: Appartment has no airco this is not very clear on the site of booking.com but was clarified by Hotel Dora so we knew upfront that airco was missing. As the appartment is in the center of town it is rather noisy. People going out and the stores being supllied in the morning means that the noise is throughout the day and night. This means that you cannot sleep with windows open what makes the missing air conditioning a problem rather than a nuisance with high temperatures in summer.

Pros: Nice staff, good breakfast, good location, comfortable lounge area, clean and welcoming.

Pros: Staff is very friendly, distance to the beach and city center who is perfect for a week perfect !
Cons: Nothing
5.0 Okay
Pros: No
Cons: The hotel is good but the location is not good. You need to climb up so high to get to the hotel.
7.9 Good
Pros: I loved the little balcony off the bedroom. With the built-in mini kitchen one could stay easily for a longer period of time.
Cons: The location is such that it is difficult to get to. If arriving by train, one must depend on a pick up from the station, especially if one has luggage. To hike up a steep rocky slope pulling bags at night with little in the way of light is not acceptable. The staff had tried to phone us, to let us know that they would pick us up however, we never heard the phone ring while on the train, thus we never knew they were available. Coming from out of the country, with this upon arrival did not start our trip off to a good start.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The indoor pool is fab and the views great
Cons: It wouldn't be good if you have a disability not easy to get too very steep and maybe a taxi is required apart from that the location is amazing would definitely stay there again
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super clean, comfy beds and perfect for 3-4 people! Even had a little kitchenette. Didn’t have a chance to use the pool or anything but I peaked and it looked nice!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Amazing Hotel. All was good. We stayed in the new part (restored) of the hotel- the hotel started being renewed by parts and I stayed in the part was restored- and the room was great! Big room, super clean, towels and linen changed every day and a big plus, all the rooms have balcony. Moneglia was crowded, all the hotels full and I just found a room in hotel Mondial and I was not expecting much but the pictures doesn't make justice, Hotel Mondial has everything you need to feel comfortable, relaxed and welcoming. Was much more than I expected. The view from the garden on the top floor of the hotel is breathtaking. Oh, important to say that is close from the Village, beach and train station. From Moneglia you can visit Portofino, Cinque Terre, Santa Margherita Liguria, Levanto, Genova and all the places around Moneglia by train. If you go by car, I give the same advice I got when I was making my check in "here you don't need car for anything." For a car freak like me I got a little bit shocked but was true, I didn't use my car until the last day. And I visit a lot of places. When you arrive in Moneglia you will understand. About breakfast was not the most amazing one I had but has all you need for a great breakfast with a lot of choice. All the people who works there makes you feel at home. I will be back again, no doubts about that. Loved everything.
Cons: The only thing less good I have to say is about the mattress. A bit too soft.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is very good, exceeded expectation!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property is set in the mountains overlooking the Ligurian Sea. We upgraded to a sea view room with a terrace. We had only booked one night initially but when we arrived, we were so taken at the ambience that we decided to stay an extra night. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating of our request for the extra night. We had driven and were able to use the garage on site. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a 15-20 minute walk down hill into the town and we found a great restaurant called Assirto for dinner. There were plenty of places to eat and drink. Breakfast was continental and there was a good selection of food and drinks. The next day we hired sun beds on a nearby beach and relaxed! Just a note for people with mobility problems, the walk into town and back to the hotel might be an issue. We would definitely return
Cons: Nothing

10.0 Excellent
Pros: What a gem this town is and the hotel was just as good. Old Italian in style but bathroom renovated. Great Breakfast - good for all the walking you do in this area. Consider this hotel/area if you visit the Cinque Terre and the prices of the other towns is a bit high. Staff are very helpful if you are walking the Cinque Terre. - great starting point.
Cons: Nothing - i loved it all!!!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast with amazing brioches and fresh fruit. Air conditioning working perfectly. Excellent location, very close to the beach and the train station. Very good option to sleep and go to the cinque terre during the day. If you are leaving the city much later than the check out time you can easily leave your luggage in the hotel for the time you need.
Cons: The coffee from the machine in the breakfast is not really good, but if you ask, they kindly provide you with the coffee that you want coming from their kitchen. For some people the pillows can be a bit hard.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Italian style breakfast was simple but fresh and tasty with some variety each day. The room was not large but quiet and the bed comfortable. the bathroom was adequate but also spotlessly clean. Most importantly, the staff were friendly and gave us good advice on places to eat not only in Levanto.
Cons: nothing to do with the hotel but the church bells are intrusive, ringing not only on the hour but each quarter until late at night. Choice at breakfast time was limited after 09.00
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast buffet, lovely staff and a very central location.
Cons: It’s very noisy in the room; there is no soundproofing from the hallway and if other guests are awake or people are chatting in reception, then you’re awake too!
7.0 Good
Pros: Great location for visiting Cinque Terre. Staff were very helpful with maps and timetables. They arranged for free parking for us which was really helpful as it is very difficult to find there.
Cons: Although we had a lovely room with a balcony, the noise from the street and bars nearby kept us awake. It may have been quieter on the other side.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, the staff were extremely helpful, they have free bikes to ride and beach towels! A fabulous rooftop terrace too where you can drink wine and watch the sun setting.
Cons: Bathroom is a bit small.

Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Small bathroom

5.8 Okay
Cons: Last kilometer for offroad trucks only. Far away from everything. Rooms not clean enough. Services low quality for a resort.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, swimming pool, breakfast, friendly staff
Cons: The road is little bit adventurous :)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location is nice, it's on the mountain, far from everything, you will not be bothered by noise of cars or motorbikes. The breakfast is nice, it's buffet type. You can have a relaxing rest at the side of the pool. The staff is kind.
Cons: The room interior is incredibly basic. We felt the room rate was a bit overpriced. The last few km to the place is off-road. Be prepared, if you arrive with your own car, it will struggle it.
7.9 Good
Pros: Great position, quiet and clean
Cons: The way to reach the place is it not easy
7.5 Good
Pros: nice breakfast, nice rooms, nice staff. good location to start exploring cinque terre.. very quiet and peaceful location.
Cons: the way to the resort was hard to find, but google maps found it.
6.7 Good
Pros: checking was quick and simple. Staff was quick to show us our great sized room. View was incredible when there wasn’t any fog(of course not their fault). Property and pool area was in great shape and the kids loved it.
Cons: Dinner was expensive and just ok. The drive to the property was rough and very narrow.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It was an absolute joy to stay here. It is extremely comfortable, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the view and location are spectacular. There is a lovely and complete breakfast buffet, and a very cute pool in case you don't want to drive to the coast (about 5 km, or 30 minutes, away). As it's in the mountains, it is very peaceful and quiet, a good escape from the tourist hordes in the Cinque Terre towns.
Cons: The quality of the dinner could be improved: there are a number of not very interesting choices, it would be better to have less choice and better quality.
7.5 Good
Pros: Good stay in a beautiful location in natural park. At a distance from touristic places, so it means some extra travel time. Last piece of unpaved path but easy to do (we have an SUV car). Clean and tidy stay..
Cons: The beds were not our favorite (too hard), but this is also personal. Breakfast in base could be more extensive. Less cake etc. but some chilled yoghurt, fresh fruit etc.

Cons: It was not perfectly clean, the breakfast could be served better.

Pros: I had some criteria when I booked at this hotel - parking and near the train station. I was very happy because when we arrived at the property, we had an allocated secured parking. Also, it’s few meters away from the train station, the beach front and some restaurants. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Overall, we had an excellent stay at this place and definitely we’ll recommend.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Upon our arrival at the hotel we were warmly welcomed by Sonia (the hotel owner), with a cup of coffee and a detailed explanation of the hotel services and tours around. From the very first moment we felt a family atmosphere and desire to help throughout our stay at the hotel. The room we got for three people was large, spacious and very clean. So was the bathroom. Breakfast was rich and varied with a selection of tasty food. We had our dinners at the hotel restaurant which served us with wine and aperitif at the expense of the hotel. The food served on the first evening with special dishes was so tasty that we went back to eat the second evening. An event that needs to be told: When we arrived at the next hotel on our trip we noticed that we had forgotten a passport in the safe. Sonia, made an outstanding efforts to send the passport tour new location. For all of these we have our special thanks!! Finally, the hotel met all our expectations and we wholeheartedly recommend the hotel to those traveling to Cinque Terre and the surrounding.
Cons: nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Incredible service, calm and spectacular location, very tasty food, good selection of wine
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very nice, good assortment. The room was spacious, clean, modern. Only missed a kettle, that would have made it complete. Owners were very helpful in helping us with the logistics to get to the main sightseeing points. Provided a parking card for the town that saved us many euros! The dinner was fabulous! Great, very well made dishes. Although the price was not cheap it was nothing more expensive than far less quality restaurants in the area. Definitely have to eat there at least once in this Michelin-recommended restaurant during your stay.
Cons: That we had to go...

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staffs are excellent! They provide detail information of Cinque Terre and the best route to visit to avoid the crowds.
Cons: The bathroom doesn’t have a shelf to put shower gels.....
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful staff. The breakfast was a great buffet of many different options. The Hotel was right across from the ocean and beside many great restaurants. They even had free bikes to use!
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Based on previous reviews, I wasn't sure about the hotel, but it exceeded expectations. Clean, close to the sea, very good service and modern rooms. Very good breakfast with an early opening hour, 7:45 (compared to other italian places we stayed in).
Cons: Hotel parking is a little bit far, however, I am not sure that there is a better solution (parking places close to the hotel areonly for local residents or expensive - 24 euro / day). If sea view is important, reserve a room on the higher floor. In our opinion the balcony on the first floor is just as enjoyable, but without the sea view.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable room, great breakfast and superb location
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was rather average and had not to much to offer... - but the location was excellent. The people at the reception were - without exception - very friendly and kind and helpful - and that is definitely better than a first class breakfast. The hotel is located on a very nice stretch of beach (just across the road) and some good restaurants for dinner are in walking distance - so for that you don't need a car. The rooms are clean and big enough - nothing to complain here....We had a very good stay...
Cons: Just one thing I would suggest to improve.... There is no hook in the bathroom or laundry stand at the balcony for wet beach towels and swim suits...but it is really necessary if you are there in summer....
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location is good as all sites of interest are easily accessible by train and boat.
Cons: First room was noisy as overlooking two streets but they changed it to a quiet one at the back. Large but no view. Breakfast is very basic unlike what you normally have in Italy. It can be improved.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was fabulous; location superb!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had an amazing experience in Hotel Garden. Went there middle of September. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Excelent place for the Cinque Terre visit, there is much more though, they will inform you. Excelent breakfast as well! Not a single thing to complain about. The hotel is in the first row near the beach, many restaurants and a small park for relaxation.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: See above.
Cons: If you’re driving it’s hard to get to. Also the free parking provide by the hotel was not easy to find and it was an almost 1 km walk back to the hotel.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Near the beach, friendly, English speaking staff, Clean room.
Cons: A/c controls were difficult to figure out, so hot or cold.
