This is a great place to stay. It's only a couple of train stops from Chique Terre, I stayed here and walked Cinque Terre, only spending one night in the park. I found staying a Framura a much better option, much quieter. In fact nearly nobody there when I was there toward the end of October. It's not that quiet in summer, but still more chilled than Cinque Terre. I had a single room and they are all on the back but if you took a double room the view would be amazing, the same that you get from the dining and breakfast room. It was super quiet when I was there but I doubt it's like that in summer. That said, it will be much quieter than Cinque Terre
There was nothing I didn't like. Given the room looked to the back it wasn't really a place to hang out but that was fine.
Friendly and peaceful
Super view from the balcony. Food was tasty
It was difficult to find. The room was a bit cramped. Parking on the hill was tricky, had to reverse down the slope as nowhere to turn round.
Good food. Fantastic views and affordable
Nothing of note
The views from the hotel were fabulous. The area is very beautiful and well served by a decent rail service to the cinqe terre. Staff were friendly and helpful
The location was less accessible than anticipated, The route to the hotel from the rail station was up a large set of stairs followed by a series of steep hills followed by more steps up to the hotel. This was OK for us as we became more used to the inclines, and as we became more fit as our week stay progressed! The location would be a real problem for less able or elderly clients as the bus service from the station is very very limited and there did not appear to be a lot of taxis in this quiet but very beautiful area.
