Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel for its breathtaking views and excellent location, particularly for visits to the Cinque Terre. The on-site restaurant received high marks for both quality and value, and many reviewers highlighted the friendly and helpful staff. Cleanliness was another strong point, with several guests noting the rooms were spotless. Breakfast was generally appreciated, though a few found it basic. Some negative comments mentioned small rooms, lack of air conditioning, noise, and challenging access, but overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives.
