Room was like the slum area of a city in bad shape-- did not repair Gapping holes around door- can see outside around air conditioner - Air conditioner needed serviced- air conditioner ready to fall out of support box- wet spots and worn carpet - broken tiles on bathroom floor at least 7 and almost fell on them - water was hot enough to do damage to the skin' Broken box springs wood was extending from the box springs Linen on bed did not look clean musty smell - room 108
Upon arrival in Rm 317, I noticed the room had no toilet paper and bathroom/shower was in terrible condition. The heater didn't work and we waited in the cold while it was replaced. The heater stopped working during the night, when temps were at 0 degrees in the Washington, DC area. We couldn't call to report it because the phone didn't work in the room.
