Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing significant cleanliness issues such as dirty carpets, stained furniture, and pest infestations. Breakfast was frequently described as inadequate, with limited options and poor quality. While some guests mentioned friendly staff and affordable prices, others experienced unhelpful service and problems with amenities like uncomfortable beds, malfunctioning key cards, and noisy or unsafe surroundings. A few positive remarks were made about room size and parking, but overall, the negatives outweighed the positives.
