Very clean. Very close to all the shops, beach etc.
Very basic but ok for the money. Quite noisy.

Great location. Easy access to rail and bus station. Many good restaurants nearby.
Having a shower in the bath was tricky without a bath mat as it was extremely slippery.

Easy check in, friendly staff. The room was on the third floor and their was a lift. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was Continental and was good with a good choice of food available. We will visit again.
Room uses an energy switch where you have to place your key in to switch on the room power. This gave off an annoying humming sound, minor fault and maybe it could be rectified, was not an issue to us but others should be aware it occurs.
