Staffs are very nice and polite. They generously start with free picked up van. After arrived they will serve you a drink and very nice check in process. They also bring the luggage to your room. The view of the room is also good. They have many facilities like massage chairs, vending machines and free bus to take you to station in morning.
WiFi in the room is not strong signal. Sometime cannot connect. The shared pool is also nice but they have a protection for people view from outside. So you have to stand up to see view when in the pool.
All service is not worth comparing what i paid. Japanese dinner and breakfast is not good compare to other hotels i had stayed in Japan. Some staff at front did not do good service mind.
Staff were amazing and the views were excellent. The advertised room was as described. We got the biggest room and would heavily recommend it.
The food was the opposite of what you're paying for a place as premium as this. It was consistently stale, bland, cold and precooked hours before it got served. Not many restaurants or convenience stores around and they didn't provide drinking water upon guest arrival. The walls are so thin you can hear the cleaners from the other room scrubbing the tatami mats.
Nice yukata. Nice view. Futon is comfortable. Good Onsen
A little bit old.
