Pros (+) This was a beautiful hotel that had great amenities and an incredibly kind and helpful staff. The breakfast that is included is amazing! And the dinner there is also spectacular. The indoor / outdoor geothermal pools are incredible, as well.
Cons (-) I was disappointed that i wasn't able to get a spa service day-of. Apparently, you have to book those way in advance. I ended up going to a different hotel in town, but it would have been great to do it at my hotel. Perhaps keep a couple of spots open for day-of bookings for hotel guests? Also, and I think this might be a Portugal thing, but the beds are kinda hard.
