Room was dirty, the mattress was old and warped, no pillow cases on the pillows. Stains all over the furniture. The bathroom floor was filthy.

Room could have been cleaner, stepped on a piece of dog food in the room which made us wonder if it was vacuumed. Coffee machine carafe was dirty & spout cracked. Pros (+) Excellent rooms, breakfast and service, accepts pets. Comfortable room with sofa and kitchen area. I would stay there again.
Cons (-) In general, the room was clean, a few areas could have been cleaned better.

Pros (+) Wonderful, homey yet hip feel to this place. It's quite vibrant, with comfy rooms and kind staff. Pool, teeny fitness center really makes active folks feel at home.
Cons (-) Being in Gainesville, it's typically full of young families. And with en-suite kitchens, it's also full of cooking smells and the sounds of kids. If you're into that, it's fine. If not--well, book higher floors where the noise level is lower. But wall insulation IS nice and thick!

Pros (+) Very comfortable rooms. Clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast had lots of items to choose from. We only stayed 1 night, but the kitchen was equipped nicely for a long stay. And the layout for the one bedroom was convenient traveling with a teen.
