Just the skiing
The room was very run down and the tub was chipping and had sharp area which cut open my mother's foot. Also the bunk beds where very shakey and we didn't have the kids sleep on top bunk due to afraid it would come crashing down. Plus the bunk beds very thin old and very uncomfortable beds. The kids game room had half the very limited games broken or in bad shape. The skiing was amazing and the staff at the slope was great. As food the food dinner was fine but a little over price for the basic meal. Breakfast buffet was gross and we ended up not being able to eat much and went downtown to get more food. Unless you are using the room to spend all your time on the slopes I wouldn't use it. Plus no discount for staying there for the lift. I would recommend staying somewhere else and just going there to ski only. Plus no elevator which isnt clearly listed on there site or on booking.com.
The location is perfect, however there is nothing else apart from this resort. Beds are great! Very friendly staff!
It is clean but quite outdated. Small room with even smaller basic bathroom. Restaurant choice was minimal, food was ok.
Nice stuff, good food, good localization- close to mountain, good skiing spot, good parking lot, an amazing view
Cold water in the pool, no elevator, poor TV signal
We stayed in remodeled room so it was clean with very comfortable bed, resort restaurant provides good ‘comfort’ food, staff is helpful. This is good gateway location sitting on top of old mine with beautiful, panoramic view of Mississippi River below. We came down here for skiing but Midwest capricious weather allowed only one day of sliding on frozen ice crushed water.
Very poor WiFi on location, at times unable to support WiFi calling, DIrect TV signal would become diluted at peak viewing hours, road connecting to resort very poor filled with patched up holes.
facilities were great, rooms great
all of eating places closed, did not know this prior to coming. No fresh coffee or breakfast available, had to drive 30 min to get this, would have been nice to have coffee and a roll or something in the lounge area at least
