10.0 Wonderful
Elevator doors close too guickly and are very. Barely enough time to get on. But carrying luggage or using a cart almost impossible to get on without doors closing. Startling and a little painful. That being said the staff was wonderful The view was beautiful and the room was clean and very comfortable! I would recommend this hotel/resort.

Pros:The location is very nice. Food was good at the lounge as was their entertainment.
Cons:The pool was closed for maintenance my entire stay. Water was shut off during the night for maintenance my first night. Very drab facility in need of a facelift, yet they charge premium prices for your stay including a new fee of $8 per day for parking. Employees can be heard complaining a lot which always tells the story of the management.

Cons:Toilet needed repair. The water ran for a long time after each flush and usually required messing with the float and flapper valve to stop the water.

Cons:I booked one night before our cruise some six months ago. When we arrived at the hotel they told us they cancelled the room and gave it to someone else. When we booked it was under a credit card number that was later stolen and had $5000 worth of charges were made on it. We cancelled that number and received a new card. Little did we known they needed it before we arrived. They did call us on our home phone but we were not home. They did give us a room but it was not the room with a great view we originally had. I understand the problem and the actions they took my dissatisfaction is charging us the same price for a room with a great view of the gulf to a ground floor room with no view.

Cons:The AC was broken and the bathroom door wouldn't shut, as if the door was too big for the frame. Staff seemed drunk also was so loud. Not very clean, we ended up leaving and checking into another hotel at 11:00pm and my husband had a early surgery the next morning.

Cons:Promised room on floors 4-6, but was assigned room on 1st floor. My wife and daughters traveling alone and did not feel safe on 1st floor right by back entrance near pool.

Pros:The staff was friendly. Our room was clean and very comfortable.
Cons:We have stayed at this hotel before when we took a cruise this is why we booked again. The hotel was full so we booked through a third party. When we arrived we were told because we booked third party we could only have a room on the first or second floor. we were a little upset that we would not have a view of the ocean but all in all our stay was very nice.
