This Hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the lake and the Old Town. Restaurants, bars and shops are on the doorstep. The breakfast is plentiful and a lovely choice of continental fayre. Lovely coffee and juices. Bedrooms spacious and clean linens, lots of plugs, tv and hairdryer. The staff are simply delightful, both the ladies, Mari and Beatrice on Reception, and the lovely man that provided us with an airport transfer. Thank you for all your help and advice and prosecco on arrival a nice touch.

Location is excellent, restaurant top class and ok breakfast
Air con not working, no idea how to get on wi-fi, and no one around to ask as reception is in another hotel across the road and not manned 24/7

Rooms were lovely,comfortable and spotlessly cleaned each day with fresh towels each day..great working aircon which is needed in july, location was excellent just around the corner from the lakes, restaurants and bars. Receptionist was very friendly and very helpfull, would definitely recommend and processo on arrival is a nice touch too
Breakfast wasnt great at all, left out pastries with no cover and flies landing on them and milk was left out so was warm for cereal. Tried to book dinner in restaurant for one evening but staff were very rude. Poor wifi signal
