The Hotel is well located but the staff, with rare exceptions, was not helpful at all.
We needed a late check out ( around 2 PM ) to catch a plane and the lady at the desk told us she couldn't do it because the hotel was fully booked. However, acessing Booking.com we could easily see that there were, at least, 20 rooms available for the next day. We felt deceived because we were lied to.

i came to the hotel parking straight from France thanks to my car gps ,the staff at reception was perfect and answer my worries:how can i park safely my car.and sold me tickets for the boat to take us to the Nautica international.i was also advised to a very good traditional restaurant in the vicinity for a nice dinner.100% efficient.thanks.
