Cons (-) Disgruntled cleaning staff. Staff was not given proper personnel protection gloves for cleaning. Spartan room. No soap. Desk said send my husband to the desk to get some.

Pros (+) We were checking in very late so we contacted them to give them the heads up. When we arrived the manager had all of our information ready so we had a very speedy check in.
