Pros:
The pickup and drop-off were both easy to do and both people were very friendly.Cons:
A Kia Soul is not similar to a Toyota Corolla. You can fit four people in it to travel but everybody would have to carry what they have in their pockets. Absolutely no trunk room. Makes no sense to rent for long trips unless there are only two people and they don't have a lot of stuff. It was comfortable to drive though.6.0 Okay

They gave me a great car and it took maybe 3 minutes to pick up. Friendly staff great service great vehicle.Cons:
I called to change my reservation to pick it up about 7 hours before I originally wanted to and was told there would be no issue. I talked to 3 customer service people who were clueless and basically said I couldn't, or said the price would be totally different, before being connected to the guy behind the desk at the location I was picking up at. This guy understood what I wanted, made the change and charged me less than the others said I'd be paying! Train your customer service people to match your front desk people and you'll be much better off.8.0 Very good

They tried to remedy the mistakes they madeCons:
Understaffed and overwhelmed location. Car was not ready till half an hour after the pick up time. Agent made 3 mistake on my rental contract: wrong check out time, wrong fuel level and wrong check in time.4.0 Mediocre

Drop off was questionable - we get to the location almost an hour prior to their closing (Christmas Eve close at 12 noon - and had to go back home (10 minutes away) because left credit card - but was told they have 6 reservations and only 4 cars - so first come first serve as to who will get the rental. I thought that was absurd - never experienced that before - luckily did not leave to far away but feel sorry for those who got there and did not get a car for Christmas Eve travel.Cons:
The company should have ensured based on reservations they had all vehicles to accommodate. Luckily this site was not one where you pay in advance - wonder if that is one reason the company may be lax in ensuring they have what they need for all of the reservations - since they are not paid upfront they think it is okay to deliver that type of experience where you say "sorry" we don't have enough cars??7.2 Good
