Pros:

Drop off was questionable - we get to the location almost an hour prior to their closing (Christmas Eve close at 12 noon - and had to go back home (10 minutes away) because left credit card - but was told they have 6 reservations and only 4 cars - so first come first serve as to who will get the rental. I thought that was absurd - never experienced that before - luckily did not leave to far away but feel sorry for those who got there and did not get a car for Christmas Eve travel.

Cons:

The company should have ensured based on reservations they had all vehicles to accommodate. Luckily this site was not one where you pay in advance - wonder if that is one reason the company may be lax in ensuring they have what they need for all of the reservations - since they are not paid upfront they think it is okay to deliver that type of experience where you say "sorry" we don't have enough cars??

Pros:

The tahoe we reserved was not available. The assistant manager Chris offered us a minivan for much less than the tahoe. It worked great for our trip.

I did not rent the car from this location. Upon arrival, attendant required proof of own car insurance. I do not have own car or insurance, which is why I was renting the car. The alternative provided was $40/day for complete insurance from the location itself. I rent cars very often - this has never been a requirement before as my credit card offers great insurance coverage.
