Cons (-) Front desk attendant will not acknowledge you, you have to address him to get help. Front desk attendant leaves frequently and it appears you are trying to check into an abandoned hotel. Front desk attendant tells lies to guests and doesn't follow through with what he says he will do. Pros (+) The overall design and layout is very impressive. The rooms are also very nicely designed. The workout room is nicely appointed. Parking was convenient.
Cons (-) Breakfast bar was poorly maintained. Food or silverware were not available during normal hours. The beds are not comfortable. We had to request two queen size beds instead of one king after one night because the king bed was not stable. One move by my wife or me would wake the other up.
