Friendly staff, spacious rooms, airco was great but noisy
Breakfast is quite cheap...
The rooms were large and super comfy..... but even more important, the front desk staff ( Patrick and Gerald) were incredibly friendly, informative and helpful - making the stay Very good! This was also true of the dining room staff. These folks know hospitality..... well done!!!
The location isn’t awesome if you want to visit downtown Ghent - but it’s a close walk to bus and train - and a cab for 4 people is about 15 euro.
Staff were nice, helpful and friendly
Checkout we were ask to pay for tourist tax that had already paid when we came but it was sorted out that almost spoil the eleclect work and pressure to meet our bus. It all went well at the end
Room size, cleanliness and intelligent interior ( e.g. one door for whole wash-area and lavatory ,reading lights fixtures over the bed rest. Soft and Hard pillow option )
Hefty parking charges. 16 euro per night for parking is exploitation of someone's basic requirement. Think about this aspect and see if you can make it more reasonable. Carpet under two beds in the room was not vacuumed and a thick layer of dust. So, once is a while, cleaning staff should make sure that they vacuum it thoroughly. People with dust allergies will suffer this amount of dust is retained within the room.
Good choice of breakfast items, staff was vet helpful and friendly. Beda were big, very comfy and perfect for family with 2 kids.
WiFi connection was poor: signal was weak and disconnected every few minutes.
