Fabulous hotel, great stay
The Hyatt Place Phoenix/Gilbert is a wonderful, modern hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is fairly new, with modern design and very clean. Our room was wonderful. It had a dedicated living room with a sectional couch where our family could all easily fit and watch TV. The beds were super comfy, and the hotel was nice and quiet. We all slept really well. The breakfast in the morning was really nice. We had bacon, eggs, and pancakes. The breakfast attendant was super cheerful and was working to replenish anything that had ran out or had gotten low. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.
Nice hotel, sub-par service
Not very accommodating, staff not helpful with lodging and food issues.
Very clean , great breakfast
Location is great
Pool was closed. Out of my control
had a great experience and the room was nice and clean
Make sure you have extra key cards
Explanation of why, if you leave your card misplaced, you need a replacement ASAP for person staying behind in room.
The rooms clean
Untrained staff ruined my whole trip. I would never go back to this facility or any other Hyatt location if it could be avoided.
Built for modern times
The rooms were built for the modern times. Convenient outlets, TV connections, and WIFI. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The hotel is trying to chance the reception experience by placing the staff closer to the customer. Basically they stand next to you and the computer is integrated into a low counter.
The reception area and staff are hard to recognize sometimes.
Horrible customer service, will never Use again. So rude.
Customer service. Attitude and overall demeanor
The hotel is located at the premier upscale shopping center in the Southeast Valley, San Tan Village. Only minutes from the Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport, Fortune 500 companies, and Arizona State University East Polytechnical Campus. Dozens of Arizona's premier championship golf courses are just a short drive away using our convenient freeway access.
