Fantastic customer service!! I had to call ahead a few times with some questions and every time I received wonderful customer service. I would like to give Jeremy and Julian a shout out. They answered all of my questions and were so nice about it! It's very rare to get that genuine and refreshing level of customer service these days. Thank you to them. Also, Devin. He helped us with picking up the car. He gave up different car options, was thorough, easy going, knowledgeable, and super helpful. The pickup and drop off process was so easy. It was such a great experience from start to finish. This location is now our new go-to place!! Oh, and I can't forget to mention the incredible prices!! They beat everywhere I looked. Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience. Highly recommend and will recommend to anyone we know! Thanks again!

we made a reservation for a mid size auto a Malibu. I had a printout of all the Enterprise reservation information that had the enterprise address on 1140 north Gilbert road chandler Arizona. it listed my correct email and phone number, and my correct name. it listed the Chevy Malibu and the rate quoted. It had the correct dates. Everything was correct on the printout and confirmed. However the staff at the Enterprise location had nothing on file, just my email. They did not reserve an auto for us and offered a truck which would not work. They said we had to use another vehicle for added charge. We had no choice but to take the auto and pay much more than quoted. They also charged a significant fee for an added driver that we felt was excessive.
