unfortunately our flight was delayed and the initial pickup reservation did not allow us to check in via the application. when we arrived at the counter the personnel were dealing with a large number of passengers who also arrived late. It took over 2 hours to get through the check-out line. I can't understand what was taking the people so long to check out. There were 3 attendants working. We arrived just before 2 am and didn't get through the checkout line until after 4am. Big kudos to the personnel who stayed and worked overtime.
