Cons:I lost my license on the trip into our final destination, and Hertz refused to work with us. We had a non-refundable reservation. So we lost that money. Plus we still need to rent a car, and now had to pay hundreds more a day than our original reservation.Reviewed 28 Mar. 2021

Pros:My son got my car for me and he screwed up the dates. You straightened it out immediately and I was charged the right amount. I got an old clunker with paint missing on the bumper HOWEVER it was the most comfortable car I have had to drive in a long time.Cons:Did I leave my black winter jacket in the car?
