When I arrived in Arizona, I made a reservation to go back home. I did it through the Internet and the Internet gave me the wrong dates. I ran to the airport because it was a Sunday. The only place that was open was the airport the guy at the airport I don’t remember his name. I told him that I made a reservation that I need to cancel it because the date was wrong. He said no problem. He would cancel it. I try to get a car to rent, but I only had my debit card The company does not take a debit card the rest of my cards I could not use, so young guy promised he would cancel reservation . Well, he didn’t and I kept getting emails. Finally I called the company after half hour finally someone came to the phone. The girl said no problem. She’ll cancel it for me that it was not canceled. Hopefully my card wasn’t charged so I’m not happy about the whole ordeal because I was promised it was gonna be canceled and it wasn’t and not only that the screen was open left open.
