Ease of pickup and drop off was great. However, car was dirty. Visible grime on may surfaces. Trash throughout vehicle including artificial nails. Car exterior condition was fair at best. Parts of exterior were so badly damaged they were secured with bolts. Many scuffs, dings and chips.Reviewed 9 May 2022

I loved the in person customer service. They are the absolute best in both my pick up and drop off locations! They treated me very well and I am grateful for their help through it all. Something that could improve was clarity. I was not made aware about the policies that I committed to when it came to renting a car. It would be nice to know the pricing breakdown and why I felt like I was being overcharged. Also the customer service on the phone was confusing, not helpful, and rude.Reviewed 2 Nov. 2021
