Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests praise the hotel's convenient location near the train station and Andermatt, as well as the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The breakfast is frequently mentioned as generous and tasty. However, several guests express disappointment about the lack of an on-site restaurant and limited service, especially regarding self check-in and absence of staff at reception. Overall, the hotel is considered a good value for a short stay, particularly for travelers passing through or visiting the nearby ski resort.
