Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's location and breakfast, highlighting them as the main positives. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several reviews mentioning dirty rooms, bathrooms, and linens. Service also received criticism, particularly regarding unhelpful or unfriendly staff and slow problem resolution. Bed comfort was another negative point, with multiple guests finding the beds uncomfortable or in poor condition. Overall, while the hotel offers good value and a convenient location, improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and room maintenance.AI-generated from customer reviews
