Remote did not turn TV on, Wifi unreliable. Bathroom extraction fan loud and linked with light switch. No way to turn off independently.

I stayed at this property twice in the past and elected to return. While it is spartan by some standards, it is clean and comfortable as I am basically only in the room to sleep/shower anyway. Being away from the highway is another plus.
