It was clean
The coffee and the meals were the poorest I’ve ever met for all inclusive. The beverages was too cheap.
This hotel exceeded our expectations, price per value is excellent! What is worth mentioning is the quality of the food, obviously not cheap (like other Bulgarian hotels) and not reused. Hotel room is not huge but is large enough, so is the bathroom, they clean everyday. Restaurant and pools also clean. Hotel is very close to the private beach, decent walking distance, there is also a regular shuttle. Hotel has its own parking, you have to pay for it but we did find a spot although visited in full season. Staff is very polite and professional. They even sent me via courier, at a decent price, some items I forgot in the room when checking out ....I definitely recommend this hotel for a short summer vacation, ours was..effortless :)
Don't expect much when it comes to the beer, tastes the same as in every other all inclusive from Bulgaria I have visited. Good part is they have a shop inside the hotel with a fridge full of options :)
The location, 10-15 minutes walking to the beach, the surroundings (the hotel is in an area with trees), the aqua park (nice for the kids).
The overall impression is that all facilities are poorly cleaned. Especially the room was in quite a bad condition: the bathroom facilities and mostly the shower area had many areas where there was rust, mould and limescale. Traveling with a child suffering from astma, I wasn’t very happy about it. The surfaces in the room (nightstands and also the sides of the sofa) were covered with dust. The bed sheets and the towels, although they seemed changed, had a certain smell, you wouldn’t expect from fresh linen. Although I called the reception and they eventually sent (the next day) somebody from the cleaning staff, nothing changed (they came, they took a look at what we were complaining about and they left). Another thing that we didn’t like about the room was the extra “bed”, which was actually an extensible armchair that didn’t feel, nor look comfortable to sleep in. If you took the bed linen away you could see it was pretty worn, the kind of furniture you wouldn’t expect to find in a 4 stars hotel. There is food and beverages available all day long, especially if you have an all inclusive option, but it’s more about quantity than quality. Many dishes (such as french fries, nuggets, fish fingers and others) were pre-cooked, frozen food and the drinks were mostly served from dispensers. During the day, the drinks and food were served in disposable and cups, which you also wouldn’t expect in a 4 stars hotel. Overall, this hotel seems like it needs some upgrading and refurbishment. I would rate it as a 3 stars, at best.
Hi! I was there with my family and a few friends last week. We booked a total of four rooms. While the resort itself is nice an has great food, the staff really needs to work on their attitude.
Staff at the reception was really unfriendly and always answered with an attitude. Whenever we asked for anything they seemed to be bothered and had an "whatever" attitude. They never accommodate us with the thematic dinner, although we were told when we arrive that we can make a reservation the same day. When we tried to make the reservation, they told us that we need to stay there for a minimum of 7 days to be able to eat at the thematic restaurant. This information was nowhere on the booking site. Also, considering that we booked 4 rooms for 5 nights/ 6 days, they could've made an effort. The lady at the reception was particularly rude and responded in a very phlegmatic way offending me and my husband. Will never return to this place. Too bad that you can't hire better trained employees, you have clients from all over the world.
