Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing restaurants, shops, and public transport. Cleanliness was highlighted in many reviews, with guests appreciating tidy rooms and daily housekeeping. The service, especially from staff like Susana, was described as friendly and helpful. However, several guests found the bathrooms to be small, sometimes with unpleasant odors or maintenance issues, and some single rooms were noted as compact or cramped. Despite these drawbacks, the overall impression was positive due to the location, cleanliness, and attentive staff.

The AC and heater could not be controlled by each individual room. They had a central heating and cooling system that was not ideal.
