Nice and clean with comfy beds, and pillows that were perfectly between too flat and too bulky.
Breakfast was mediocre, and air con a little loud.
Good location for the Grand Canyon. Pools and jacuzzis great, breakfast was excellent
After spending a short time in room we decided to go to front desk. The young lady understood our disappointment an the room we were placed. Told us she would move us to a better room. This was a good thing otherwise the hotel rating would be low.
They put myself and husband in a basement room, where you could not open the curtins. If you did it felt like we were in a fish bowl. People walking by could easily see in our room. I asked if the hotel was full and told "no".
Modern house with all amenities you need for a good stay. Bed, Bathromm and the room in General was great. Especially the pool was quite nice. Also the breakfast buffet was good. Bus stop to go into Grand Canyon is just in front of the hotel!
I wish you add a Cappucino machine to your breakfast buffet offer.
Excellent for our trip to Grand Canyon
