Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing serious cleanliness issues such as bugs, roaches, dirty rooms, and unpleasant odors. Safety concerns were raised due to broken doors, suspicious activity, and an overall sense of insecurity. Service was mixed, with some staff described as friendly but unable to resolve major problems. The location was generally considered convenient, but this did little to offset the negative experiences reported by guests.
