Ok for basic hotel.
The power went out in half the unit. The bathroom power was out and we had to take showers in the dark. Office power was partially out, as well as breakfast area. No other businesses in the area had an outage, and they didn’t seem to be diligently working on the issue with the power company.
A Mixed Bag
The staff were quite friendly and capable; the room was large--it was nice having the kitchen and lounge area. The pool and hot tub were very nice.
The mattresses were *terrible*. Especially the fold-out couch--that mattress was just wire with a bit of padding over it. I felt very bad for my daughter, who had to sleep on that. The queen bed wasn't great either. The room seemed a little tired and worn, but not bad.
First of all, the staff was very friendly and housekeeping kept our room stocked with towels and bed made every day. The rooms are very nice, feels like a small apartment. The pool is kept clean and the spa as well. The recreational area was very nice, with a basketball goal and volleyball net. Overall my wife and I had a pleasant nine day stay at the hotel and would definitely stay again if we ever stay in the area again.
The door to our room was hard to open and needs repair. One of the two keycards to our room did not work most of the time. The light in the bathroom was missing a cover.
It was big. It had a kitchen. Centrally located. Right by mall. Private entrances. Plenty of parking.
WiFi was awful. Could not keep a connection. Tv selection was awful so nothing to watch. Units were run down. In ours the ice machine was ripped out. For a two br unit which they upgraded us to after a mixup where we had to move rooms- there was only three glasses. Two chairs at table. Four plates. It wasn't set up well. The room was clean but stains on furniture and cobwebs. Expected more from this property.
Could of been cleaner the counters in the kitchen were sticky the untencles were hidden
The extra amenities in the room were a nice touch. The fireplace added a warm cozy element to the room.
The staff claims to have a no party policy however when reported, little is done to quell the noise. My stay would have been much better if I had been able to sleep.
The room was just like a little apartment. Very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. Next time we r in town we will definitely be staying here again. :)
Did not like that we couldn't check in till 3pm, we where in town early and had to wait to unload our bags in the room. the number on the building was a little confusing but we found it.
Snow covered steps were a little treacherous and sidewalk to steps.
Nothing. I was told I did not have a room upon arrival which took an hour to sort out, late at night. This is an old , dumpy property which does NOT represent your brand well.
