Overview

On the Mississippi Gulf Coast just off Interstate 10, Gulfport, Mississippi, blends beach days with easy highway access, and the SureStay by Best Western Gulfport sits less than ten minutes from the Gulfport Premium Outlets. The wide white-sand beach along the Mississippi Sound is about nine miles away, opening the door to swimming, strolling, and sunset views over the water, with the harbor and small-craft marinas a short drive from the door. Mornings bring a complimentary continental breakfast and free Wi-Fi, and each room includes a microwave and refrigerator along with cable TV. On-site laundry, vending machines, and a 24-hour front desk cover the practical side of a coastal stay. The Gulfport Dragway is a quick five-minute drive for racing fans, the entertainment of Biloxi sits about twenty minutes east, and the barrier islands of the Gulf Islands National Seashore beckon offshore. Fresh Gulf seafood and easygoing coastal towns fill out an evening out. Park here for an easygoing base within reach of the coast's beaches, outlets, and attractions.

Cons (-) No security chain on the door. Room smelled moldy. Only got 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels for 4 guests. Stayed for 2 days but they never came to make up the room. The dryer that was used for guest laundry would not dry clothes. When I informed them about it, they told me to just keep adding quarters...(Yeah, like I'm gonna do that). I guess cereal is all anyone needs for breakfast because when I...
