Clean and neat. Decent breakfast.
A bit far from metro in gwangji, 20 mins of walk needed
For one night stay it was okay. The free parking was a plus. If you don't have high expectations, it is okay. Location was okay too, big supermarket, restaurants and a night bar is close by. However, we were using a car when we stayed there so in terms of location, I am not the best source of information.
The room was a bit dark and the lights were unpleasant. The bathroom was large but not quite practical. I have also seen cleaner bathrooms in cheaper business hotels. The walls and the furniture were worn out. And a wall was facing the window, not a nice view at all. There was a strange smell when we entered the coridor and our room. Their restaurant was closed so we didnt have any breakfast option.
A small hotel with a nice location in an area of town with several bars and restaurants. The standard was ok and it is seeming to be a fair value for money. The breakfast was basic but far better than many Korean hotels or motels I have tried over the past years. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again if I return to Gwangju.
On the negative side, we had only one big towel in the room. Nothing serious and I assume if I had asked for an extra they would have given me one…
Clean room with big bathroom and big beautiful bathtub. Sofa and am chair in room. Closet memorial park. 10-12 min on walk from metro. Fresh bottles water free in the room and in the reception. Beautiful space for breakfast. Quiet room. Check - out up to 3 pm. Good rechargeable system for smartphones and tablet.
Only a very small window closet to a wall. Not light for reading. Air conditioning too closet beds. only 1 big towler for 3. The street is very crowded in the night (full of night club and places for drinking).
Great little hotel with a lot of charm...very helpful staff....they made every effort to provide free amenities even bottled water in your room and at the desk as leaving...and every day they cleaned unlike other booking.com hotels I've used in Korea. The breakfast was a good Korean breakfast with Western style salad, toast and jam with coffee as well. The other hotels in this area look like sketchy "love motels" but this is a cute business/boutique hotel with a free to use business center with fax and printers with several internet connected computers. A large Emart is close as well as a Twosome Place, Hollys and Starbucks...a Vips buffet and CGV are around the corner. The bus terminal is about 5,000₩ taxi ride away. So easy location, comfortable room and nice staff.
The bed was too hard and loud for my preference...but it was clean and had nice linens.
