5.8 Okay
Pros: I liked the food
Cons: I didn't like the cleaning
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Facilities are nice, 2 pools outdoor and indoor and lots of hiking trails around the property. Food is very nice and very clean hotel.
Cons: Hotel could use a facelift. Furnishings are a little shabby.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very relaxing. Great spa treatments.
Cons: Some junior staff could do with more PR training.
7.1 Good
Pros: The hotel is located in a beautiful location surrounded by nature. the outside is very quiet and relaxing. The dining is superb with a lot of options, though everything has oil in it.
Cons: The rooms are very disappointing. We had had two rooms and could see that the issues described below affect both of them: the shower is old, with rust showing on a few appliances. There is no way to take a shower without getting the whole bathroom wet. There is no toilette brush (?? should my wife have to see my poop??) The room itself is also outdated, with paint peeling in a few places. the last fixup done to the rooms was of cheap low quality and it shows. Furthermore, the rooms are small! I've expected the rooms to be much plushier for this price. this is a very expensive hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The smell when you walk in
Cons: Furniture a little dated
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet / nature no cell phones on premises. Spa treatments very good excellent food friendly staff
10.0 Excellent

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Have stayed at this hotel before and loved it so much we went back. It is calm and peaceful. A good place to get away from it all. The indoor and the outdoor pool are lovely. They also have a tennis court which makes my husband happy (and a tennis pro for him to have a hit with) I had one of the best body massages ever here.
Cons: For a relaxing spa hotel, I don't think there was anything to be improved. If I had to say something that could be changed a little, is the reception system. You have to stand around a bit waiting for your turn to be seen.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! The treatments were superb, the layout was were thought out and easy. The service and quality was superb. The staff were polite and efficient. The standard of food exceeded expectations and was a gourmet delight and the general ambiance was gentle, nurturing and very relaxing.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff, especially Naomi, were so good to work with. The room was on the lower floor and super clean and comfortable for our stay. Breakfast and the ability to get a good coffee at any time of the day from the coffee maker in the lobby was a treat for someone like me who loves their coffee:).
Cons: The location to a small but crowded beach was good, however there was little else in this mainly residential neighbourhood. A car is required to see more of Haifa as it’s not in a walkable area for restaurants and other activities. There is a good car park across the street from the hotel where you can park overnight for free.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Clean. Breakfast was nice
10.0 Excellent

Cons: Wish someone had told us there was no elevator! Up and down second floor without luggage is fine but we needed, and the did get help, for late arrival moving luggage to second floor room. Also no staff on site after 6:00. Available by phone, so late arrival a bit confusing.

7.1 Good
Pros: the view is very nice. the location is good.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great service, food and very friendly staff!!
Cons: None
7.9 Good
Pros: Best hotel in area. Some staff are helpful at front desk. The room was good. The pool is excellent. Good for kids too. Spa looked good and reasonable price tho was very busy so book treatments early. Pool closes a little early in summer (6pm) it's one of the best pools in the area. Breakfast is a good buffet. They have a good taxi driver who speaks English for airport runs but who I later find out can also take you on a tour of Acre. All in all good hotel for families.
Cons: The food at the pool area and in the hotel restaurant was disappointing. It was not as fresh and interesting as other places I've been in Israel. It was also a shame that the breakfast dining room did not have an outside area to enjoy morning sunshine. The hotel needs updating downstairs. It's sort of stuck in the 1970s but in some ways that is kind of charming.
7.5 Good
Pros: The view and the politeness of the personal even if they were not enough people
Cons: The tables at the pool were dirty with “garinim “ and cigarets butes . An occurred smell in the room ... ( which was cleared by the personal after I called the reception )
7.1 Good
Cons: Tv remote barely worked. Yes channel 4 was bad broadcasted with intermittent cut offs Our floor button in one of the elevators was missing Pool side the ice cream refrigerator made loud annoying pounding noise. No one from staff seems to care at some point some guests complained and the staff just disconnected the refrigerator from power. Dinner at the hotel very expensive - 230 nis per person. Not worth it. Food selection is huge at breakfast and dinner but quality is not on par. Some dishes were not to be given to guests.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Nice pool, and tea
Cons: Old facilities
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I enjoyed the breakfast and the polite service.
Cons: No olive oil for the Zata that was visible. I would have liked pita bread to add to the assortment of bread
5.4 Okay
Cons: Wifi is very poor. It goes off frequently. Wifi speed is very slow.

Pros: We arranged our stay at the Colony Hotel with one day's notice and we couldn't have been more pleased. Room and building were great. Location was perfect. Breakfast was excellent
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfy clean beds and a great breakfast.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very good breakfast, nice and kind staff, prefect location
Cons: The minibar didn't work - but the staff replaced it immediately
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast. I loved the old building. I loved sitting on the balcony, watching the street and the Behai elevation, both morning and night, and could see the busy port downtown as well! Staff were very helpful with advice about the Behai temples and parking.
Cons: Could not take a shower without flooding the floor.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We absolutely loved the staff and accommodations. The break was superb!
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great stay. Thank you. We where two rooms and everything was good
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel location is great. Full of bars & restaurants around. The room was clean, and the bathroom was large, and nice. The air condition was quite and make a nice atmosphere in the room
Cons: The room that we got was right on the main road, the glasses were not isolating the noises from outside, and we couldn’t sleep because of the noise from the restaurants singers. The breakfast was very ordinary compare to other hotels in that district. The pillows were not comfortable. Too big.
7.9 Good
Pros: The breakfast was alright, the 2YO kids found things they liked and so were we. The room was very clean. The location was very good.
Cons: We only received our room at 1630 and we were waiting for it from 1500 with 2YO twins at the lobby without any staff member to check up on us or suggest any compensation. That was very disappointing. Have to say that during check out the receptionist did give us free tickets to the zoo so this did improve our feeling, but up until check out we were not pleased with the service. The small refrigerator in the room was not working, you couldn't keep anything that requires refrigerating in it. I asked the staff to keep some of the food in their refrigerator and they agreed but I couldn't access it as if it was in our room. Our room (402) was just next to electric transformer and I was scared of the radiation but was not able to switch rooms because we needed a spacious room with two full beds in it (traveling with 2YO twins and just received the room at 1630).

Cons: -
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The view
Cons: Poor service, low hygiene - dirty, bad & unfreshed food.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing!
Cons: Everything!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location, staff, food
Cons: The inside pool, so noisy
3.4 Mediocre
Pros: The hotel's location
Cons: We paid over $500 for the "royal suite". I have never seen a room as bad as this one (and we travel all the time!). There were blood stains on the sheets... The chairs were broken. The room was extremely noisy. It was an absolutely awful experience. The only good thing is we managed to cancel our 2nd and 3rd night at the hotel but one night in the "royal suite" was enough to turn me off of any Leonardo hotels ever. An awful experience!
7.9 Good
Pros: The staff was very kind, nice, and patient. If you have any question or problem, they will treat it directly. When we came early to check in, they didn't let us wait and even upgraded us to junior suite! The location of the hotel by the beach is very good, the beach is clean - this was the view from our room, we could see the sunsets. The other side of the room faces to the Carmel hills, where the sun rises. Moreover, there are some restaurants and bars by the beach. The breakfast of the hotel is very good and fresh, we highly recommend to try it!
Cons: First of all, if you come by car - note that it is hard to find a free parking near to the hotel in weekend. There is a parking lot for guests but it is 20 NIS for 24 hours. The hotel is near to train rail and highway, so sometimes you can hear the vehicles. Moreover, the location is not close to the atractions by foot. You will need to take a car or transportation. The room was nice, very small balcony for such a wonderful view... We've got a double twin bed, it wasn't comfortable for a couple. In general, the price is a little bit high..
8.8 Excellent
Pros: close to the beach. check in process very fast & smooth. good breakfast. I had a nice view to the beach
Cons: the rooms were a bit old but it was ok.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, very nice place, clean, we enjoyed every minute , thank you for the great service
Cons: the parking issue
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was excellent.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The vews from the room were excellent
Cons: The food in the dining room was too simple and not very tasty except coffee from the machine
9.2 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful sea view. The sound of waves in the room. A perfect beach. A wonderful breakfast. The staff was pleasant.
Cons: Nothing was annoying. Sometimes English did not work fine. The security staff was not updated and wanted us to check out one day too soon. A loose handle in the bath. Trivial issues.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location is good, 3 minutes from the beach, 20 minutes from train station. The mall and many restaurants are in the area (less than 5 min walk). The stuff is great, very friendly, trying to help with every issue you have. The food is tasty, great variety. The pool is pretty small but still not crowded.
Cons: The parking is not free..Our kids found a free parking about 200 meters away.. We were without car and we had to leave the room at 16:00 , on Saturday, without any transportation to go back to Tel Aviv..We asked to stay till 19:00, when the train starts to work but it wasn't possible..

8.6 Excellent (200 reviews)
C$ 95+
Overview Reviews
Located in Haifa (Downtown Haifa), G38 Boutique Apartments is within a 15-minute walk of Haifa Museum of Art and Baha'i Gardens. Featured amenities include multilingual staff and laundry facilities. Limited parking is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: There is no breakfast included
Cons: We were on ground floor - I would have liked to be on the first floor The TV channels were difficult to access (inconsistent) I would have preferred a more airy room
7.1 Good
Pros: Friendly staff Nice roof terrace Good washing facilities (2 washing machines and 1 dryer) OK street parking Close to restaurants
Cons: This is not a boutique hotel -it is a hostel, seems to be geared towards pilgrims The staff is only available a few hours a day Several times they came into our room a little too rapidly, ie. didn't wait for a response No reading light over the bed Noisy AC
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice clean room Phone to use
Cons: Soap in shower didnt work
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Amazing host. Very kind and helpful. Attentive to our needs. Made good recommendations. Was available on the phone. Personalised service
Cons: Ceiling Fan needs cleaning. Pipe in shower ceiling drips in soap tray. Funky smell in apartment on arrival. Got better over time.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: G38 is the perfect boutique apartment experience that is by far the best value in Haifa. It is at the bottom of the Baha'i Garden and close to Ben Gurion. Yaron accommodates your every need and treats you more like family rather than a client, all while being very warm, hospitable, and professional.
Cons: Everything was great -- my only complaint is the shower didn't have hot water for more than approx. 7 minutes. Other units had hot water for long periods of time, so it may have just been my unit.
7.9 Good
Pros: Location is excellent 400 metres to bottom of Bahai and Ben Gurion Blvd with many restauraunts and coffee shops and even a small mall. Roof top patio is amazing with a great view tables chairs etc. Has washer and dryer however expect to wait long time for dry clothes this is an israel problem not a facility problem. Yaron was a great host and took care of all of our needs upon request. Bus stop (Bus Route 40) take you directly to the beach. Information for many other services and a map of haifa in the room. Has a safe.
Cons: Mattresses suck but for the money and convenience its worth the trade off. Shower is small but I am very wide person. This is very common in israel. Towels they should have a towel service for supplying clean towels daily unless I missed something but if not then that would have made the stay almost perfect.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Free laundry powder and laundry!!!
Cons: Nothing - close to perfect!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Yaron as well as the owner of the apartments were the best hosts we met during our 3 week trip in Israel. He was welcoming and genuinely happy to have us stay. The very trendy apartment had everything we needed and the location was absolutely perfect. Just love the artwork. The laundry was such a bonus. Thank you :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect little apartment with everything I needed. Very clean and great location at the bottom of the Bahá’í gardens.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very nice and thoughtful. Specially Yaron. They even provided a cell phone for us

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent in the middle of the German Colony, with plenty of nightlife around.
Cons: For breakfast you can choose between 4 nearby restaurants where three of them open way to late. The one who opens early enough is 400 meters away, and has very slow service. Altogether we spend an hour and a half on breakfast alone.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location very comfortable and very clean
Cons: The hot water was a problem you had to wait about three minutes before the hot water would arrive in the shower
5.4 Okay
Pros: lovely room, great restaurant next door, great massage
Cons: no cash point would take my card... no outside space... staff not terribly helpful
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely amazing facilities, kind staff, great location, great value for the money! I stayed in the 'unicorn room'- the one with the blue lights- and loved evey moment. The shower might just have been the best part of the amenities (youll have to stay to see...). AMAZING complimentary breakfast provided through a voucher with an adjacent resteraunt. Top notch all the way!! Also, the location in Haifa COULD NOT have been better, right at the foot of the Baha'i Gardens!
Cons: I liked it all. No complaints whatsoever.
7.5 Good
Pros: View of Bab shrine Complimentary Breakfast at Fattoush next door was delicious.
Cons: Staff was quite pleasant but not well informed about Haifa.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A great view with the garden right in front of the window. Super friendly staff and clean room.
Cons: No elevator.
6.7 Good
Pros: Bathroom facilities are very good.
Cons: They didn’t resupply the toiletries. Room was not cleaned on the last day of our stay.
6.7 Good
Pros: The hotel is tiny by US standards but they make the most of every inch and the aesthetic is beautiful inside the rooms. I would not return because the neighborhood is exclusively Arab. Also the area is not really family oriented. it’s more for nightlife Also be prepared for no parking.
Cons: See above
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms - just charming, with anything one might need for a refreshing vacation. The location- just below the Bahai Gardens, on the main, quaint street of the Colony. The staff- extremely helpful and friendly. Fantastic value for money.
Cons: We liked just everything
6.0 Good
Pros: A quiet room
Cons: Got the Unicorn room, sleezies room ever. The shower is in the middle of the room while the walls are made of .glass NO PRIVACY AT ALL!! The bathroom door is broken, doesn't close and doesn't even have a lock. The's tiny window's blinds don't close fully so woke up in my only vacation day at 6 am from sun. Bad!!!!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This Hotel is perfectly located in the center from haifa. you will find a lot of restaurants closeby and also the Bahai Gardens are only a 5 Minutes walk. the reception works really quick and friendly
Cons: Everything was perfect

5.0 Okay
Pros: Very bad small in all common area. Staff not friendly at all! They kept our deposit for 10 days after the check out!!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was very nice and in an OK location. The building and grounds themselves are beautiful. It was extremely clean (with exception of our room's terrace) and the happy hour was wonderful. The hotel is very close to the Carmelit so it's easy to get up to Carmel Center and they offer a free taxi service to the upper entrance of the Bahai Gardens for tours as well. The staff are very nice and extremely helpful
Cons: Rooms are extremely small with almost no room to walk around. In our bathroom the shower door didn't close properly so the bathroom would get soaked anytime anyone took a shower. The terrace in our room was covered in bird poop and cigarette butts, which was pretty gross. It looked like it has never been cleaned. The hotel itself, while beautiful and lovely, isn't in a great location if you plan to walk anywhere as there are no bars, shops, or restaurants nearby. Thankfully the Carmelit is close and it was easy to grab a cab anywhere. The only other negative is that the breakfast is extremely overpriced for what is offered, which is essentially a continental spread with bourekas and hard boiled eggs.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Happy hour was nice with free snacks and drinks. A welcome benefit upon arrival.
Cons: Shower had not been cleaned properly. Management responded quickly and appropriately.
6.7 Good
Pros: Good location, friendly staff
Cons: Bathroom was not clean
7.9 Good
Pros: The room was a little small: the door balcony bang into the bed, just to give an example. But the daily happy hour was nice and the withe wine offered was very tasty.
Cons: The position is a little unfortunate: to get from the hotel to the German colony - the Main Street for international tourists wanting to eat something - takes nearly 15/20 mins by walk but the itinerary is so gray and awful...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff went above and beyond what I expected. They made our stay one to remember and one to recommend.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent offering and hosts in great location. Super clean and comfortable.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful historical building, with elegant furniture in excellent location. Beautiful and large terrace , bed comfortable, a New Nespresso machine with a good assortment of capsules. Excellent the staff, all kind and helpful. A particolare thank to Hila Cohen who made our trip in Haifa unforgettable
Cons: Room small, we had to put the bags on the floor. Breakfast, not the best in Israel

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Free street parking between 8pm and 9am on weekdays (non-painted curbs), and between 15pm and 9am friday and saturday (I think, otherwise ask the staff). Outside the free hours, I recommend the "Pango" app - much easier than feeding the meter every 2 hours. The staff was very helpful, and was able to answer all my questions. The shower in the dorm was all right, but what amazed me was that the communal shower, which was just a normal bathroom with a toilet, sink and (spacy) shower, was always available when i need it. Lovely. The breakfast was magnificent, bread with a wide selection of toppings, cereals, eggs, coffee and juice and even pancakes. All in all a perfect place to stay on a budget in Haifa.

Pros: Easy private parking, close to nice places
Cons: Maybe our host had grumpy day. But we didn't felt welcome and considered the explicit request to give 10 at booking.com not as appropriate

Cons: no lined bed. ccloged shower. owners arguing next door at 6 am in the morning. glad we spent there only 1 night

Pros: Perfect location for the Bahai Gardens, bars and restaurants. And you could actually live there! It's big, with a good kitchen and bathroom.
Cons: The only downside is that the apartment is a bit old fashioned.

Pros: Very basic, but good place, excellent location and helpful host

Pros: The place was roomy, the location was excellent. Restaurants were just around the corner in German Colony and the Baha'i Gardens were also do close - all within walking distance. There was also off street parking. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Pros: Great location, excellent and friendly service, clean and very nice. We want to come back there!
5.8 Okay
Pros: It has a private parking in a place where it is diffucult ti find an alternative Near to only thing you can have a look at in haifa: the garden
Cons: Owner never gave me the correct change once payed I found something to make the check-in only because i was lucky (he was going to work when i arrived). I would have had to phone him...not so easy in a foreign country Bed unconfortable Too expensive for what it offers Not suggested
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The manager Yoseb was very helpful in many ways.
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: -We had a hard time finding the location. There are no signs pointing to the place. Once we were on the street we had to ask people about the location. -The place is not a hotel and it shouldn't be listed under hotels on booking.com, it is a bedroom that the owners of the apartment are renting out. The owners live at the place and they are extremely loud and rude. -The first day we arrived we were placed in the bigger room with the kitchen, later that night someone came knocking on our door and asked us to move to the smaller room that didn't have the kitchen saying that there was a mistake on their part. I found that very unprofessional. Also, the person, who I assume was Yonas, asked us to pay the whole amount in cash that first night in a very rude and demanding manner. -In the pictures posted online, we saw that the room had a washing machine, however, when we arrived the owner said that the washing machine doesn't work. They did, however, wash our clothes twice when we asked them but when we asked a third time he said that he would charge us 100 shekel because the laundry was not a part of the deal. -The towels placed in our room were dirty and old. They smelled rotten. We had to ask them to change the towels. -On the second day of our stay, we heard the owner fighting very loudly with members of his family which was disturbing and frightening. We told the owner that we were unhappy and we wanted to leave. At this point, the owner was very rude and did nothing to help with the issue. -Additionally, the owner would not converse in English with us. Luckily my mother spoke some broken Arabic so we were able to get our message across. When I spoke to the owner about the issues that we had he would ignore me and only speak in Arabic. I thought that that was rude, considering that he made no effort to help resolve our issues. -The bathroom and room had no ventilation so the place always smelt like the gutter. -The place is not worth the price.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location, easy to find with GPS and ample gated parking. Apartment was spacious with full kitchen. Yousef, Yonas' brother, was very friendly and helpful on our arrival.
Cons: Yonas was quite rude about payment and there was loud shouting from his apartment, which was next door, on both mornings of our stay at 7:30-8:00am.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nice location in Haifa. Free parking. Everything you need to cook in the kitchen. We ask for a late check out that had been agreed by Yosef. We highly recommend this place.
Cons: The wifi signal is a little bit weak and difficult to connect to.

Cons: Light bulb in the bathroom was out and the safe was locked shut.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast, the decorations
Cons: Nothing really
5.4 Okay
Pros: Excellent location.
Cons: It calls itself a boutique hotel which can be and was an excuse for sloppiness and lack of attention to detail. The room was a very comfortable "superior" room and much larger than most of the others (only 14 in total) but poor management led to a number of inadequacies: a broken drawer handle, a basin tap requiring limescale removal, rotting bath/shower door fittings, a Nespresso coffee machine not working properly, a duvet too small for the superkingsize bed, curtains not hanging neatly due to missing pinchpleat pins. Breakfast is available on the hotel site but is an independent business and no normal Israeli buffet breakfast is provided. The only common areas are the reception and the lovely rooftop with a jacuzzi and sauna available all day. Sadly the rooftop is unsupervised and its coffee machine facilities need attention but more importantly the jacuzzi becomes sticky with oil, despite instructions to guests to shower before using it! The hotel is not cheap and needs to improve significantly by careful supervision of each room prior to guests' arrival.
7.5 Good
Pros: We were upgraded to a better room with a deck so were very happy. The room was nice but older which we didn't mind.
6.7 Good
Pros: The room was good and comfortable

Cons: Bathroom and coffee re-supply can improve.

Pros: Charming hotel in a nice location. Pleasant staff. Excellent breakfast. Walking distance to other restaurants. Parking v limited but seemed to work.

Pros: I love the rooms - very comfortable.
Cons: Wasn't crazy about the change in ownership of the restaurant. There used to be a buffet breakfast, and that's gone now - you ave to order from a menu.

6.6 Good
Pros: The hotel staff is friendly and helpful; this is a step up front usual Israeli hotel staff many of which do not understand the concept of customer service. Israeli hotels, especially outside of Tel Aviv are still grappling with this concept. Same for retail and food stores.
Cons: Unfortunately, Israel is great at building things but very poor at maintaining them. The Crowne Plaza is typical was built but 15 years ago and is already starting to look shoddy around the edges. We noticed that mold is starting to appear, especially in the bathrooms, and the wood trim is beginning to rot away; Haifa can be quite humid during certain times of the year. Also, the hotels A/C is either on or off, no temperature settings other than 4 settings indicating warmer or colder; after that is just stays on blowing. Friends of ours stayed at a competing Dan hotel, but the situation is the same. They characterized it as a "tired" Hyatt.
7.5 Good
Pros: Good location Good breakfast Nice staff
Cons: The hotel is old school and needs to be renovated Small room, old TV, small shower, screechy wooden floor boards.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The check inn was very welcoming. Baraa was very welcoming and helpful.
Cons: All was nice
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Of the 4 hotels I stayed at in Israel this was the best by far.
Cons: Not having to pay for parking .
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Julia very good on reception
4.2 Okay
Pros: breakfast was ok not the best and not the worst the indoor pool is quiet and nice
Cons: the bathroom door was stuck and coudlnt be closed we begged the staff to fix it ten hours have past till someone decided to come fix it at 10 pm we needed to use the public toilets in the spa the manager told me they know the hotel have problems. in short- dont go...
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast but I should have been told that the cost for breakfast (90 shekels) would be only 60 shekels because I booked on booking.com I loved the young woman at the reception, Chen, meaning Grace, and graceful and helpful she was, checking me in early because I was sick and giving me extra time to check out. Room service was amazing, very good food at a decent price.
Cons: The toilet didn't flush properly and when the guy came to fix it, he claimed I wasn't pressing hard enough on the button but finally I realized I had to press once and then again harder. Anyway, it's not easy to flush the toilet. The bathtub was dangerous for anyone with limb problems. It's too high and very hard to get in and out. Also there should be a mat in the bathtub. If you're alone, which I was, this could be very dangerous. I did ask for a mat and got one.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The view was nice.
Cons: I reserved for twin beds and was not aware that i had to put in a special request for twin beds. So when I arrived there was only one big bed and thus i had to sleep on a fold out bed where i could feel the bed board. I am extremely disappointed and feel that I wasted my money On top of that I wanted a shower before checking out but there was no hot water

2.9 Mediocre
Pros: The view
Cons: There was black mould on the ceilings in the bathroom and around the ac vents. We came back one evening to find the Ac had leaked water all over the bathroom and into our cosmetics bags. The hotel fixed it but in the process spread plasterboard into our suitcase. Complained to the manager. Zero care given. .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was very nice, we had a very pleasant stay.
Cons: nothing we didnt like
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Stunning view in the hotel with place to sit in the window. Amazing to enjoy the view on the harbor. Hotel is pretty good and very close to the bahia gardens and the zoo. Restaurants and supermarket are also near the hotel. Beach is 15 min drive away by car.
Cons: Parking capacity in front of hotel is very limited with only 11 spots. Other parking is also limited or paid. We were disrupted by a cleaner at 7:45 in the morning and also the fire alarm went of for 1 second. Staff took a deposit while we already paid the rooms via booking. Check out was therefore annoying because staff didn't understand...
5.4 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was good. Wide variety of well prepared and displayed food items.
Cons: Desk staff was unfriendly and bordered on rude. Hallway was cluttered and felt unclean. Cost felt too high for what we got.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Waking up next to the window in the hotel room is gonna leave you in awe. You can definitely get the best view in Haifa. The hotel is very near to the Baha’i garden. Walking distance. The services are professional and warm. Highly recommended.

Pros: The location was good
Cons: The stench of sewage in the room, the carpet was wet (sewage water?!) the rude guy at reception when we asked for help. Zero client orientation. Plain disgusting. Will definitely NOT come back.

Pros: Location was convenient for my work
Cons: -too much noise, parties every night until 1AM -Tv control didn’t work, they didn’t care to fixed it even after I told them three times - the only good thing at breakfast was the cappuccino - dirty walls and bathroom - front desk people were nice but to busy answering phones instead of taking care of the people already waiting - No internet in the room, very bad bad connection - lobby smell so bad

Cons: Room was very beautiful but no outside window and felt a little freaky. Breakfast was good but again, setting was awkward

Pros: Service: attentive and responsive Our aircompany lost our baggage, but we have got our bag in the hotel. Thanks a lot to Eithan (reception). He called to driver (Ben Gurion) and delivered our bag to room. Toda raba! Breakfast: cool and tasty. Kosher for Pesah. Room: cleanly, enough large for two person, with TV, large and perfect bathroom. Air conditioning for warm and cold weather. Electrical teapot, water, tea and coffee. In the bathroom there was good shampoo, gels and conditioners for hair. Hotel: not far from Hof HaCarmel beach, bus and railway stations. Good area. Parking. WiFi. Large lobby. GYM. Not far from bus station where you can go to city and Bahai Gardens. Near Azrielli Mall. This place good for family with childrens. Good place. Good service. Good peoples. Спасибо! Toda raba! Pesah sameah and kosher! Good luck!
Cons: Everything is great and perfectly
5.0 Okay
Pros: We are planning to reach IEC tower, so the position of the hotel was perfect. The girl at the reception was very kind and answered all my questions.
Cons: The room was noisy unless the request, due to a couple of events. The air condition was quite loud and I needed to turn it off. The door was impossible to close unless to throw it. The breakfast was good for me.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Big rooms. The staff was nice and good (except the incompetent manager of the hotel).
Cons: Cannot sleep the whole night because of a wedding party until early morning in the hotel. Also no support from the management after we complained - the wedding is more important. At least got a refund but it is not acceptable nevertheless.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was good, the room was large, clean, and very comfortable.
Cons: The noise from the parties at the on-property event center was obvious from inside our room. The front desk worked hard to accommodate with a bottle of wine, water, and a discounted night.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Position is quite good, almost walking distance from train station and near main companies.
Cons: Breakfast is at least sufficient, first floor rooms have not elevator (ground floor is the only other possibility).

7.1 Good
Pros: An apartment right on the beach, easily accessible and with enough space.
Cons: The cleaning was not done well, the place smelled horrible and i had to ask for new sheets as they were smelly and dirty. The sofa was dirty and uncomfortable, the bathroom shower curtain moldy and the bed was not so good.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Although the lady didn't speak English she was very nice. The view from the apartment is really beautiful.
Cons: The 1 bedroom apartment is quite small for 4 people. No ventilation in the bathroom, strong sewage smell from toilet, very used and dirty pots, no cleaning products except dishwashing detergent. Bed sheets - far from being fresh and clean, dirty window. Overall disappointed with this apartment.
7.9 Good
Pros: Location is perfect, beach is just a few steps away
Cons: Didn’t get the Sea view apartman we paid for. We let it go but it bothered us a lot. Also this apartman was much smaller than we asked for (about half of the one bedroom apartman’s size) The apartman is very basic but had everything we needed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owner, Mr. Efi is excellent man, he met and greet us with warm and respect, showed all facility and give us directions for dinning and places to entertain. He was very responsive if I would call him and ask for any questions. Love his facility and plan to stay next visit to Haifa
Cons: Location, it is spectacular view of the sea from the room. The sound of the sea was amazing. The unit was clean and we had everything for our needs. Perfect place to stay. Near to city and mall
4.6 Okay
Pros: The only good thing about this property was the location. The sea is beautiful and the views were great. Proximity to the beach is perfect.
Cons: When we got there, the windows were wide open and the place was freezing. The heat didn’t work. Two out of three lights in the bathroom were out. There were dust bunnies on the floor. The freezer was absolutely disgusting - filthy to the point of gagging....

Cons: -
4.2 Okay
Pros: The location was as expected though parking is a mess in winter so must be a nightmare in summer.
Cons: We had 2 reservations at this property: 2 nights and 3 nights later in the week. Privacy : we have asked to change a room due to very low mattress quality that we could not sleep on. The manager was very rude and refused, we then asked politely if the non refundable policy can be waived for us to move to another place and he also refused rudely - he actually called me to yell at me. What happened next was the worst--he looked me up on social media and LinkedIn and informed me that because of my position and my employer he will make an exception and allow us to move to a different room (same rate, just different bed) - this is absolutely unacceptable imo to look up guests. Cleanliness : there were a few long dark hairs in the bathroom, this can happen during cleaning, though unpleasant. We also found used tissues behind the couch (which had to be moved to access the electricity plug) and under the bed. When we asked the manager to make sure our next room would be cleaner he wrote that 'they do not clean behind the couch every day'. No apologies were given. Since landing in Israel the manager was calling every day 2-3 times with no apparent reason for it, at one point we stopped picking up and insisted on texting. It is not very relaxing to be called by your accommodation multiple times a day. On arrival wifi username and password were given to a network that was not available. They manage lots of apartments in this building and another network access was provided swiftly - paying more attention wiggle have been nice to start with. The towels are low quality and old and a toilet seat cover was missing all together.we booked a room with a view and on that reservation had room 618. Bed quality varies significantly: the mattress in our 2nd apartment was unbearable.

6.7 Good
Pros: The hotel is a bit shabby, but clean. We stayed here in July. Air conditioning worked, but you could not adjust it. It was too cold, and the only way to make it warmer was to unplug it, and then the room was too hot. The staff was not unfriendly, but they also were quite serious and officious. Smiles were hard to come by. They did their job, and did it well enough, but that was all. The beach is right near by, in walking distance, but the beach was crowded (most people were speaking Russian, whom we learned were Russian and Ukrainian Jews who had emigrated there years ago) and it really wasn’t a great beach. The buildings in the area look like cold-war era soviet proletariat housing, and a lot of them seemed empty, abandoned or only half-completed. The beach is fine for dip, but people had dogs and cats walking around and we saw some of the cats crapping in the sand and covering it up. The walk from here to the “German Colony” and the other nice sections of the city, including the Baha’i gardens, is kind of long (2 miles?), which didn’t bother us, since we like to walk, but it is not a nice walk. Ugly highways have to be walked along, and across, and there is nothing nice to look at on the way. You can’t beat the price of this hotel, but you get what you pay for.

Pros: - pretty central location if you are looking for the usual spots (Bahai Gardens in walkable distance) - nice view on the harbor from many of the rooms and from the roof - VERY friendly and helpful staff - Rooms were comfortable and clean - bus stops with lots of lines nearby, so I guess you will be able to get around easily (if you rely on public transport). Intercity bus stop just 5 stations away. - have been happy with the choice overall and would recommend it to others
Cons: - squeezy parking, not for claustrophobic cars or drivers with a tendency to bump into stuff... - in a busy neighborhood. So if you are looking for a quiet, garden-style setting, this is not the one.

Pros: The woman at the front desk was very nice and friendly.
Cons: We rented the boutique room with the jacuzzi. When we came in the windows were wide open with no screens and there were a number of bugs In the room. It was also possible to hear every word from the people staying above us, and they were up until 5 AM so we got no sleep. The location was fine as was the staff, but overall this was not a good experience.
