Guests say
Guests praised the hotel's pool, location, and some aspects of the atmosphere, describing the property as relaxing and well-maintained. However, many reviews highlighted problems with service, including slow or unhelpful staff and negative experiences at the restaurant. Cleanliness was also a concern in several rooms and dining areas. Breakfast and food quality were frequently criticized as not meeting expectations, especially given the hotel's price point. Overall, while the amenities and setting were appreciated, improvements in service, cleanliness, and dining are needed.
