The full kitchen and the roof top seating area. The location to waterfront and near great restaurants and venues. The sofa couch was very comfortable.
The bathroom door stuck and was extremely loud when opening and closing. The parking that the website said was available, was not available. Had to park several blocks away and pay for it when not expecting to do so.
Great location and very friendly helpful staff.
The lobby was a little dirty when we first arrived and the decor is a little tired.
Never had enough towels or toilet paper. Room wasn’t cleaned well.
Spacious room and stylish. Had a separate kitchenette. Hotel is close to everything. Parking is available, but you have to stop outside on the busy street, run in to check in and get a card to access the underground car park.
The shower curtain! Yucky things and ours had mould on it. Breakfast was manic, not enough seating, slow to replenish bowls and glasses etc and the food was not particularly appetising.
On arrival, we found out that the parking on the premises was fully occupied, meaning that we had to park a 10 minute walk away from our hotel. We were not warnes of this beforehand. In addition, if you do manage to be lucky enough to arrive when parking is available, it is payed parking which again, we were not told about. ($24 per night). On top of this, when we arrived, the cards to access our hotel rooms were both not working. I had to go up and down levels twice so the lady at the front could try to fix the cards but they still werent working. A guy with an all access key had to accompany me so we could put our luggage in the room and get relaxed and settled while they were trying to fix the problem. Lastly, while the morning breakfast was complimentary, it better have been for the rubber excuse of scrambelled eggs we were served in the morning
