Honesty bar available in a comfortable lounge area. The beds, and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever experienced, slept very well.
Reception area is very small and 4 people make it very crowded.
The staff was wonderful! I was on a visit from the US, for a mutual first meeting with a relative. Upon my arrival, I received a note(in American/English because they weren't sure if I spoke German)asking that I make sure to be in the hotel at 8:30 pm to receive a package. I thought, hmm, flowers?, a food basket? It was another relative (who knew about the meeting plan)who had come from Berlin, and rented a room in the hotel. A delightful surprise and memorable weekend. On a less personal note, the staff was helpful, friendly, and I would recommend this physically quirky hotel to anyone who didn't require the predictability of a MacDonalds as part of their hotel experience.
Can't think of a thing. Room size could become an issue--I reserved a double room, for only myself. It could be tight for two, unless they really like each other.
The room was spacious and clean. Hotel staff were helpful and offered advice on the city attractions etc. Location was close to city centre but one block away from a small 'red light' area.
The location was near a small 'red light' area.
room was cold
The location was really good, very close to the central train station and other public transport stations. Particularly, the staff was very nice and helpful.
TV was too small (14").
Very good for the price

Good location, a bit comparable to Soho in London. Only short walk from central station.
Nice Hotel in Central Location. Area around seems a bit rough but it's fine as long as you keep to yourself. The hotel met all our requirements.
