We have a reservation for 3 people. It was very wide and comfortable for us. All staff at the hotel are happy to help and respect the guests. In addition, the reception also introduces us to nearby tourist destinations.

We book for the 3 first nights in Hanoi. The hotel arrange a pick up transfer from the airport. The room they give us had a decent size and the bed was huge. The hotel is definitely outdated with old furniture and needs improvement but if you are looking for a convenient place to stay that is not overpriced, this is the place. The location is just great. Right in the center, near all and a lot of 24hour convenient stores. All the girls working at reception are extremely polite, well intended and helpful. As we are traveling in northern Vietnam for a while, I will comeback for sure.
It could need some generally maintenance....
