Apparently a family run hotel, who think they are doing you a favor letting you stay. The staff loiters in the common areas leading to stairwells, although they welcome pets, if you are walking you 8 lb pet and need to go through the CROWDED corridor, prepare for at least one to freak out as if the are terrified.(p.s get a staff lounge). If you welcome pets, it would be nice to have a rest area. Apparently the 'WEEDS' in the rear of the property just above the street curb where you park(no fence, sign, etc) is a Garden? If your bathroom door malfunction during the middle of the night and can't get into it. Let's hope you are MCGuyver. If you wake someone up by going to the front desk for assistance, you get 'Well, I don't know or I can't fix it' After requesting a repair man, they leave the desk to bring back a door 'Jimmy' key and say here. Wait, I'm now in charge of fixing your property? I was fortunate to meet the manager the next morning, who decided to communicate with his customer(me) by yelling across the parking lot 'Where is my bathroom key'? Here's a tip, next time approach your CUSTOMER, APOLOGIZE for issues while staying at your facility(non-use of a restroom or shower-might be one you improve upon)and then be concerned about your 1.20 cent tool. You may now make the 1 mile trip to Home Depot and get a replacement. It was such a freak accident after getting the door open, the key jumped from my hand and into your septic system.Pros: The proximity to major interstate, restaurants and stores.Cons: You get what you pay for. The rooms were recently remodeled exceeded my expectation. HOWEVER, no amount of remodeling, paint, bedding can make up for the lack of staff hospitality. Never in my life have experienced a staff like this.
