Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near ski lifts and city center, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. Many found the breakfast and meals sufficient, with some highlighting the variety and quality, though others noted repetitive or limited options. However, several reviews mention the hotel's outdated facilities, cleanliness issues, and worn furnishings, with some rooms and bathrooms in need of renovation. Overall, the positive atmosphere and service stand out, but improvements are needed in maintenance and modernity.
