All customer service was great,,
No 120v output like United. Couldn’t purchase WiFi. No free headphones no free blankets
Hello, Bag drop off was cumbersome taking quite long. This should be a much faster process IMO. In flight, there was some disconnect with understanding the beverage cart schedule. we had no return service past the mid point. my seat mate asked for a coffee, was told they would come back later with the coffee, but never returned. The "items for sale" cart was not explained clearly and we missed out on taking part of that service. also the flight attendant moved through quite quickly giving us no time to react. I was happy with the selection of beverages etc. but not knowing or having clear understanding of what and when was troubling.
Reasonable prices was my first choice.
Gbuhhu
2 hour delay after plane was boarded…sat on the plane for 2 extra hours turned a 5 hr flight into a 7 hour flight
Had exit row seat with lots of leg room.
Bring your own headphones Food choice’s are limited but tasty, (just remember it’s not a gourmet restaurant).

I was not informed of changes on the 2nd leg of my journey. Luckily, i had plenty of time. Also, many of us could not connect with in flight wifi entertainment. Staff was great.

The crew was amazing.
the bun w cheese was gross
Flight was good. However, it took the ground crew over 45 minutes to unload our luggage.
the plane was an hour and a half late taking Off. We sat on the tarmac for 30 minutes with no a/c and that was pretty brutal. The staff was excellent.
The flight was 5 hour late.
The food is bad enough to gag a maggot and $4 for some cheep ear buds because I forgot the cord to my headphones is ridiculous.
Everything went smoothly actually good everyone was so helpful!!
silly to have to pay for headphones/water
My flight was canceled, not happy!
Hawaiian Airlines was great but we had a connecting flight from Boston to JFK using their partner airline JetBlue. Once we got to JFK in order to get from JetBlue to Hawaiian Airlines we had to go through security again which was a huge inconvenience and very frustrating.
Cancelled flight, had to fly to LAX.
Flight was cancelled 2 days beforehand and we had to fly to LAX. Cost me extra for taxi service to LGB to get my car. One ticket was downgraded from first class, now I have to provide documentation to get a refund.
First flight was CANCELLED Second flight was rerouted due to mechanical issues Third flight was delayed To summarize, three strikes and you're out! Won't be flying Hawaiian Airlines in the future.
On board Hawaiian Airlines flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 115cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Hawaiian Airlines assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
