More movies
Sat two large people right next to each other. There was a row of seats empty behind us and we were told we can’t switch because of “weight and balance” issues. That’s absurd and insulting that we would believe that excuse; suggesting our size and weight was both known and determined by a computer to affect the plane so extremely. Instead, I hung out into the aisle to be struck by the food carts several times. Food was cold by the time it got to us. The inflight announcements were excessive and repetitious. Why does the automated voice need to tell me to fasten my seatbelts, then the captain, then the flight attendant? It made it hard to rest and watch movies.
Flight crew was very courteous Was cold no blankets was available
Everything was amazing! Thank you!
I was told the boarding gate was changed and I had to run across the airport to get to the new gate. Then the flight had a delay because it was full and they tried to convince people to change flight. After I board the aircraft, it was further delayed for another 2 hours with some strange excuses (no pull back crew available?)
Don't book with a family. They will split you up and put you in the middle with no access. Rude staff.
Better Food
When landed in Honolulu, we needed to stay for a long time till we finally got into the Gate. Also, as for the food, I don'e eat pork, so the baggett was irrelevant for me :-(
I purchased the leg room upgrade to sit in the exit row. That made a big difference in my comfort level.
It was a very quick flight from one island to anther and back. Everything was good!
I like that a meal was served. Headsets were only $4 to purchase. Friendly courteous staff. Great job! Mahalo
The sears aren't the most comfortable but the flight attendants were great and the flight was even able to leave a little early. A good job overall.
Very good service. Pleasant staff. On time departure out of JFK. Had to circle before landing but smooth ride and landing. Will definitely fly HA again.
It was all great
Very friendly service pilots and crews
On time flights the best my trip
The screens behind each seat was an awesome bonus. One of my son's had a broken one but I let him use mine as I was just going to sleep. The flight attendant offered to change our seats but I declined. The food, chicken sandwich on bagel roll, was disgusting. And it was the only thing both ways. The crew was lovely, the plane was clean, food was gross.
All good except our gate was occupied upon landing so we had to wait
Baggage claim took a long time, but otherwise great flight.
My flight was delayed by 8 hours. Information regarding each successive delay was not clearly communicated, staff was helpful but overall left uninformed by higher-ups. The airline only offered a $15 voucher for meals as compensation and I was left very disappointed by Hawaiian airline's poor handling of the situation.
Everything went smoothly I cannot think of anything to improve at the moment
love
The crew was great. More room would be appreciated
I have never flew Hawaiian and never will again.
Boarding was smooth. The noodles were too salty, and the movies were old so the entertainment was not so good. We were also not given sanitizing wipes like other airlines have been doing since COVID started.
On time, fast service, friendly crew spacious airplane
It was a very short flight so no snacks or entertainment. The crew was friendly and professional. The seats were pretty narrow but reasonably comfortable. I would recommend them.
The flight attendants were short and rude. I get it though-they are there and I am grateful. No wi-fi. The shows available are supposed to have closed captioning but it didn’t work. It would work and I would get invested in a show then cut out. One flight attendant’s personality saved the whole experience. This airline isn’t doing it for me.
Friendly staff, maybe better food
Everything was good on the flight except for the person that acted out and got kicked off the plane. It just sucked that the flight got delayed because of one person's actions.
