The large indoor swimming pool
No tea making in the rooms , single beds and a extra 60 pounds per night for a room that has a double bed , breakfast , evening dinner / lack of fish dishes , half way through a manicure having to go back to the room to find local cash with wet nails which i thought was being charged to our room . sky high prices for well being treatments , little English spoken ,

Wellness and Spa area is perfect! The meal is very nice and sufficient! It's realy worth the many they take!
The room is really not more than 2 star, but nice and clean. On the main enterance's side a bit too noisy, so we'd change the room. It has no facilities for children (babysitter, playground, child-room) at all.

Only the sweeming pool
They just try to extract money from customers for their poor services. It is really a cheating hotel. I am sure no body want to go back after first experiance. I will never recommend to any one.

Unfriendly receptionists including car park clerk.As european living in USA, tourist related businesses could learn a lot from the American on how to treat customers( they are friendlier and helpful,never rude).The worst service comes always from 4 stars hotels.
