The staff were very friendly. Inside it is a very well appointed hotel. The meals were buffet style, with a lot of options and very generous. Lovely view into the forest from the dining room. It is very close to the ropeway for climbing Asahi-dake.
The outside of the hotel looks like a construction zone. It is a bit hard to find, behind an abandoned building. At first sight we were a bit worried but inside it was very elegant. Apart from climbing the mountain there is nothing else to do here. Doesn’t even feel nice to go for a walk from the hotel.

The hotel made an error on the billing and this is impossible to reach them to make them correct the mystake. Worst service ever.
